BATTER:
1 ea Duncan Hines butter recipe g
3 ea Eggs
1/2 c Butter or margarine
2/3 c Water
MOUSSE:
8 oz Whipped topping
1/2 t Butter flavor
1 cn Cherry pie filling
Batter: Grease Tiara pan (no need to flour) Blend together cake mix, eggs, butter and water on low, until moistened. Mix at medium speed for 4 minutes. Place 2 2/3 cps batter in the pan (you'll have batter left over to make 8 cupcakes) Bake at 375 for 18-21 minutes. Cool in the pan on a rack for 5-10 minutes, then invert cake onto wire rack and allow to cool completely. Mousse: Fold the butter flavor gently into the whipped topping until the color is uniform. Spread evenly in the cooled cake. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Spoon the pie filling over the mousse, leaving an edge
of mousse showing. Chill 2 more hours.

Soak For 30 Min.
Separate 2 Tbsp Fruits
1 Cup Flour
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tspn Baking Powder
½ Tspn Baking Soda
½ Tspn Cinnamon Powder
¼ Tspn Nutmeg Powder
Sieve
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
Soaked Fruits
1 Tbsp Almond
1 Tbsp Pistachio
1 Tbsp Cashew Nut
1 Tspn Orange Zest
¼ Cup Oil
¾ Cup Milk
Mix Well
5 Inch Oil Greased Mould With Baking Paper
Pour The Batter
Soaked Remaing Dry Fruits
Place a Pan With Wire Stand
Pre Heat For 5-7 Min.
Place the Mould
Cook For 40-45 Min.

#Ingredients:
1 packet of Chocolate sponge cakes slices
3 Egg yolks
2tbsp of sugar
1 tsp Cornflour
1 tin of Morano cherries
1 tin of Cherry Juice
250 ml Double Cream
150g Dark chocolate
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
#Method:
- Slice the chocolate sponges into 5 slices and layer them at the bottom of a glass.
- Heat the milk in a pot until it just begins to bubble. Remove from the heat, add the chocolate pieces and stir a few times as the chocolate melts.
- Beat or whisk the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl for 2 or 3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix a teaspoon of cornflour with a few tablespoons of the warm chocolate milk and stir until it's a smooth paste (no lumps). Add to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Add the egg mixture to the warm milk in the pan and whisk over a very low heat until it has thickened slightly. Pour into a jug for serving and refrigerate until cool.
- Soak the cherries 2-3 tbsp of cherry juice for 10-15 minutes
- Spoon some of the cherry mixture over the sponges and then spoon the cold custard over the cherries and repeat the layers another time and decorate with some chocolate gratings.
