1kg spaghetti
¼ cup minced garlic
2 pcs onions, finely chopped
1½ kg ground pork
6-8 pcs hotdogs, sliced
1 tbsp. atsuete powder
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 tbsps. tomato paste
4 cups tomato sauce
1 cup banana catsup
2 tbsps. soy sauce
½ cup condensed milk
Splash of vinegar
Water, as needed, if sauce becomes too thick
Grated cheese
Salt and pepper, to season
Cheese Topping:
6 cups fresh milk
½ cup cornstarch
3 cups easy-melting cheese

Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken julienne cut 300g
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Mixed herbs ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Pepperoni 12-14 slices
-Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Mushrooms sliced ¼ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 small
-Olper’s Cream 250ml (room temperature)
-Fresh basil leaves 8-10
-Olper’s Milk 1 & ½ Cup
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Mixed herbs ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese 60g
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese 40g
-Spaghetti boiled 300g
-Fresh basil leaves
Directions:
-In a bowl,add chicken,salt,red chilli crushed,black pepper powder,mixed herbs,garlic powder, paprika powder,soy sauce & mix well.
-Add cooking oil & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,pepperoni & fry on medium flame until golden brown (2-3 minutes) & set aside.
-In the same wok,add marinated chicken, mix well & cook until done (6-8 minutes) & set aside.
-In the same wok,add butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add mushrooms & sauté for 1-2 minutes.
-Add capsicum & mix well.
-Turn off the flame,add cream,mix well & turn on the flame.
-Add fresh basil leaves,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Gradually add milk & whisk well.
-Add dried oregano,red chilli crushed,white pepper powder,mixed herbs,salt,chicken powder,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens (2-3 minutes).
-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & mix well until cheese melts.
-Add boiled spaghetti,cooked chicken,fried pepperoni & fold gently.
-Garnish with fresh basil leaves & serve!

Spaghetti: Super Creamy and cheesy toppings
Hello Pilipinas!!
this is the all time Filipino favorite Spaghetti
How to cook:
Magpakulo muna ng tubig at mag lagay ng kunting asin at oil then add po ang pasta ( noodles)
for 10 minuto o hanggang lumambot na ito.
ang luto ko po neto is for 2pcs 800 grms pasta
Spaghetti sauce:
Heat the pan , saute lang ang onion and garlic
add the ground beef for 5 minutes or until slighty brown
add black peeper and Hotdog simmer for 10 minutes
add the 2 packs 800grams sauce then stir.
add 1 can condense milk. thi is optional sa mga mahilig na matamis o katamtamang tamis
and quickly boil for a minutes
White sauce: TOPPINGS
Heat the pan ( I used nonstick pan para di dumikit ang cream at madaling masunog)
add 1 can evaporated milk then,
add 2 nestle cream all purpose milk
medium lang ang apoy na i seset.
cook for 10-15 minutes until malapot lapot na pwede ng tangalin sa apoy.

Here is a super easy and delicious way to eat spaghetti. The simple cheese sauce makes the pasta creamy and cheesy.
CHEESY GARLIC BREAD RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 to 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef (I used 90/10 fat to lean meat ratio)
1 small onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
24 oz of your favorite spaghetti sauce
(I used Racconto Riserva Marinara sauce)
1 lb spaghetti noodles
8 oz whole milk
8 oz heavy cream
12 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
6 oz parmesan cheese grated
*Use a buttered or greased 9 x 13 baking dish
*BAKE uncovered in a preheated oven @ 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbling
*You can also just broil on high for 2 to 3 minutes
