Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken julienne cut 300g
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Mixed herbs ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Pepperoni 12-14 slices
-Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Mushrooms sliced ¼ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 small
-Olper’s Cream 250ml (room temperature)
-Fresh basil leaves 8-10
-Olper’s Milk 1 & ½ Cup
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Mixed herbs ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese 60g
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese 40g
-Spaghetti boiled 300g
-Fresh basil leaves
Directions:
-In a bowl,add chicken,salt,red chilli crushed,black pepper powder,mixed herbs,garlic powder, paprika powder,soy sauce & mix well.
-Add cooking oil & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,pepperoni & fry on medium flame until golden brown (2-3 minutes) & set aside.
-In the same wok,add marinated chicken, mix well & cook until done (6-8 minutes) & set aside.
-In the same wok,add butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add mushrooms & sauté for 1-2 minutes.
-Add capsicum & mix well.
-Turn off the flame,add cream,mix well & turn on the flame.
-Add fresh basil leaves,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Gradually add milk & whisk well.
-Add dried oregano,red chilli crushed,white pepper powder,mixed herbs,salt,chicken powder,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens (2-3 minutes).
-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & mix well until cheese melts.
-Add boiled spaghetti,cooked chicken,fried pepperoni & fold gently.
-Garnish with fresh basil leaves & serve!

-Karahi mein cooking oil aur pepperoni dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lei (2-3 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
-Us he karahi mein marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur gul janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
-Us he karahi mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya sauté karein.
-Mushrooms dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya sauté ker lein.
-Shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur chulha on ker lein.
-Fresh basil leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Dried oregano,lal mirch crushed,safed mirch powder,mixed herbs,namak aur chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese dal dein aur cheese melt ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Boiled spaghetti,cooked chicken & fried pepperoni dal ker gently fold ker lein.
-Fresh basil leaves dal ker serve karein!

1 28oz can Tomato Sauce
1 28oz can chopped tomatoes
1 onion
1 bell pepper
4 cloves minced garlic
1 lb ground beef 80/20
1 lb mild italian sausage
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup dry red wine
italian seasoning
red pepper flakes
salt/pepper/garlic/onion powder
2 pinches of sugar
fresh basil
2 tbsps tomato paste
1 package spaghetti
2 tbsps butter
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
sugar as needed to balance acidity

Shredded cheddar cheese (enough to top the pasta before it goes into the oven - 1-2 cups)
Cheese Layer:
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
16 oz Mozzarella cheese (save some for the top)
1/2 cup sour cream
5.2 oz boursin garlic and herb cheese
fresh chopped parsley
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
sugar as needed to balance acidity
Directions:
Start by making your pasta sauce. Heat olive oil in a dutch oven or sauce pot and add onion and bell pepper over medium heat. Once the veggies are tender (after about 3-4 minutes) - add in your ground beef and italian sausage. Cook the meat until fully cooked and begin to season with all purpose seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder) red pepper flakes, and italian seasoning. Next, add in garlic paste and tomato paste and mix to combine. Cook 1-2 minutes and then deglaze with red wine or chicken stock. Bring to a boil and then add in your tomato sauce and chopped or crushed tomatoes. Allow the sauce to come up to a simmer and cover with a lid (on low heat) and simmer for at least 30-45 minutes and up to 1-2 hours - stirring occasionally. Add fresh Basil leaves for added flavor. Add sugar as needed to balance the acidity (should only need a pinch or two)
In a separate mixing bowl, add your cheese layer ingredients and mix to combine. Season to taste and refrigerate until needed. Boil pasta to package instructions.
In a casserole dish, add a thin layer of meat sauce to the bottom and then add sauce to your spaghetti noodles to coat. Add a layer of sauced spaghetti and then your cheese layer - top with shredded cheese. Add another layer of spaghetti and top with a thin layer of meat sauce and shredded cheese. Bake on 375 for 30 minutes or until browned and bubbling.
