1 pk Dry yeast
2 c All-purpose flour; divided
5 oz Sharp process cheese spread
1/2 c Water
1/4 c Shortening
2 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1 Egg; beaten
2 tb Onions; minced

Combine yeast and 1 cup flour in a medium mixing bowl; set aside. Combine cheese spread, water, shortening , sugar, and salt in a small saucepan; heat to 105 degrees to 115 degrees, stirring constantly. Add cheese mixture, egg, and onion to yeast mixture; beat 1/2 minute at low speed of an electric mixer, scraping sides of bowl. Beat 3 minutes at high speed. Stir in remaining 1 cup flour. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead 1 to 2 minutes. Shape dough into 12 balls. Place in well-greased muffin pans. Cover and let rise in a warm place (85 degrees), free from drafts, 1-1/2 hours or until doubled in bulk. Bake at -----

Spring Onion Cheese Soft Bread
375g (3 cups) all-purpose flour (each cup is 125g)
7g (2¼ tsp) instant dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg
3 tbsp melted butter
250ml (1 cup) warm milk
Stir well for 5 minutes to form a soft sticky dough.
Cover for 90 minutes. Or depends on your room temperature.
Soft butter to spread to the dough, as needed.
1 cup or more grated cheese
A handful of spring onion
Egg to apply before baking

Roti Empuk Keju Daun Bawang
375g (3 cangkir) tepung serbaguna (setiap cangkir 125g)
7g (2¼ sdt) ragi kering instan
1 sdm gula pasir
1 sdt garam
1 telur
3 sdm mentega cair
250ml (1 cangkir) susu hangat
Aduk rata selama 5 menit untuk membentuk adonan lengket yang lembut.
Tutup selama 90 menit. Atau tergantung pada suhu ruang Anda.
