To Make Vegetable Cheese Toasties
Bread Slices
Unsalted Butter - 100 Gms
Garlic - 6 Cloves
Mozzarella Cheese - 200 Gms
Sweet Corn - 1 Cup
Red Capsicum - 1 Cup
Green Capsicum - 1 Cup
Onion - 1 No.
Green Chilli - 2 Nos
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Pepper - 1 Tsp
Italian Seasoning - 1 Tsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Leaves
Method:
1. For the garlic butter, take some butter in a bowl. Add the grated garlic, chilli flakes and salt. Mix it all well.
2. For the filling, take the cooked sweet corn, chopped red capsicum, green capsicum, onions, green chillies and finely chopped garlic in a large bowl.
3. Add in salt, pepper powder, Italian seasoning, red chilli flakes, grated mozarella cheese, chopped coriander leaves and mix it all well. Keep this mixture aside.
4. For making the sandwich, take two bread slices and apply the garlic butter on one side of them both.
5. Now put some filling on only one bread and spread it. Cover it with the other bread slice.
6. Apply butter to a pan and place the prepared sandwiches.
7. Cover the pan with a lid and toast the sandwiches on a medium low flame.
8. Once they are toasted well on one side, flip them to the other side and toast until they are crunchily golden.
9. Remove them from the pan and cut them into half as desired to serve with some tomato ketchup by the side.
Veg cheese toasties are full of amazing flavors from Mozarella cheese, Italian seasoning, chilli flakes and some veggies. These are very simple sandwiches which can be made within minutes. So they actually make a great snack in the evening for kids who come home waiting for some tasty food. Do try this recipe and enjoy!

MASALA CHEESE TOAST

Ingredients
For Filling
3 fresh Green chillies, chopped , हरी मिर्च
1 inch Ginger, chopped , अदरक
1 medium Tomato, deseeded & diced , टमाटर
Few Coriander leaves, chopped , धनिया पत्ता
½ cup Pizza cheese, garted , पिज़्ज़ा चीज
½ tbsp Oil , तेल
For Spread
2 heaped tbsp Mayonnaise , मेयोनेज़
1 tbsp Green chutney , हरी चटनी
For Batter Without Egg
1 cup Milk , दूध
2-3 tbsp Gram flour (besan) , बेसन
2 tbsp Mayonnaise , मेयोनेज़
Salt to taste , नमक स्वादानुसार
½ tsp Degi Red chilli powder , देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
¼ tsp Turmeric powder , हल्दी पाउडर
For Batter With Egg
2 Eggs , अंडे
1 tbsp Gram flour (besan) , बेसन
¼ cup Milk , दूध
Salt to taste , नमक स्वादानुसार
½ tsp Degi Red chilli powder , देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
For Salad
1 medium Onion, sliced , प्याज
¼ cup Cabbage, sliced , पत्ता गोभी
½ medium Tomato, sliced , टमाटर
Few Coriander leaves, chopped , धनिया पत्ता
1 fresh Green chilli, chopped , हरी मिर्च
Salt to taste , नमक स्वादानुसार
1 tbsp Olive oil , जैतून का तेल
Other Ingredients
½ cup Poha , पोहा
Oil for frying , तेल तलने के लिए
Process
For Filling
In a bowl, add chopped green chillies, ginger, tomato, coriander leaves.
Add grated cheese and mix everything well.
Add a little oil and mix it well. Keep aside for further use.
For Spread
In a bowl, add mayonnaise, green chutney and mix it well. Keep aside for further use.
For Batter Without Egg
In a bowl, add gram flour, milk, mayonnaise, salt to taste, degi red chilli powder, turmeric powder and whisk it well. Keep aside for further use.
For Batter With Egg
In a bowl, add egg, milk, gram flour, salt to taste, degi red chilli powder and whisk it well. Keep aside for further use.
For Salad
In a bowl, add onion, cabbage, tomatoes, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt to taste, olive oil and mix it well.
For Assembling Non-Fried Cheesy Bread Pakora
Take 4 bread slices and apply prepared mayonnaise mixture evenly on all the sides.
Now, add the filling and then place the other bread slice on it to make a sandwich.
Heat a pan on medium heat and add oil, meanwhile dip then sandwich in the egg mixture and coat it properly and then coat it with poha and place it into a hot pan and cook it from both sides until light brown and crisp.
Now, dip the other bread sandwich into the without egg mixture and coat it properly with poha and then place it into a hot pan and cook it from both sides until light brown and crisp.
Remove and repeat this process for other bread slices. Serve hot with prepared salad.
