Mac & Cheese or Macaroni and Cheese Recipe is what we're doing today, super simple but yet so flavorful and delicious. let's make it baked, without oven in Indian Style.

2 tbsp butter
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp Maida
2 Cups Macaroni
4 cups milk
1 ½ cup Cheddar Cheese
Green capsicum - 1/2
Salt - to taste
White Pepper - to taste
Mixed Herbs - to season
Fresh coriander - 1 tbsp
Fresh Basil - 1 tbsp
Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp
Cheese - 1 tbsp
Herbs - to garnish
Others: 2 cups of salt to bake

Instant Yeast - (500gms, keep frozen in airtight container, will stay good for years)
Instant Yeast - (small pack)
Pizza Screen - (3 pack - 6,7,8 inches)
Parchment Paper - much better than butter paper, and it is reusable -
Good NonStick Pan -
Whipping Cream -
Oven For Baking - (28liter is good enough)
Microwave - (not good)

Ingredients:
Prepare Salsa Chicken:
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 small
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 3
-Jalapeno 1
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) blanched 500g
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice ½ tbs
-Olive oil 3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp
-Chicken boneless cubes 500g
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Dried oregano 2 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
Prepare White Sauce:
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese 100g
-Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1/3 Cup
-Olper’s Milk 3 Cups
-Chicken cube 1
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
-Penne pasta boiled 400g
-Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese 4-5 tbs
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese 4-5 tbs
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese as required
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese as required
-Dried oregano
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
Prepare Salsa Chicken:
-In a chopper,add onion,garlic,jalapeno,tomatoes,cumin powder,salt lemon juice,chop well & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add olive oil,onion,garlic,mix well & sauté until translucent.
-Add chicken & mix well until it changes color.
-Add black pepper powder,red chilli powder,onion powder,dried oregano,paprika powder,salt,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add prepared salsa,mix well & cook until oil separates (3-4 minutes) & set aside.
Prepare White Sauce:
-Cut Olper’s cheddar cheese into cubes & set aside.
-In a saucepan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add all-purpose flour & mix well for 30 seconds.
-Gradually add milk & whisk well.
-Add chicken cube,nutmeg powder,salt,garlic powder,fresh parsley,whisk well,bring it to boil & cook until it thickens (2-3 minutes).
-Add cheddar cheese,mix well & cook until cheese melts & set aside.
-In a large bowl,add boiled penne pasta,prepared salsa chicken,prepared white sauce,corn kernels,capsicum,fresh coriander & mix well.
-Add grated cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & mix well.
-In a baking dish,add prepared mixture,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,dried oregano & red chilli crushed.
-Bake in preheated oven at 170C until cheese melts (14-15 minutes).
-Garnish with fresh parsley & serve!

-Chopper mein pyaz,lehsan,jalapeno,tamatar,zeera powder,namak aur lemion juice dal ker ache tarhan chope ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein olive oil,pyaz aur lehsan dal dein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
-Chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Kali mirch powder,lal mirch powder,onion powder,dried oregano,paprika powder aur namal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tayyar salsa dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
Prepare White Sauce:
-Olper’s cheddar cheese ko cubes mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Saucepan mein makhan dal ker melt karein.
-Maida dal ker 30 seconds kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur whisk kertay rahein.
-Chicken cube,jaifil powder,namak,lehsan powder & fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur ubal anay ka bad sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein
-Large bowl mein boiled penne pasta,tayyar salsa chicken,tayyar white sauce,corn kernels, shimla mirch aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Grated cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Baking dish mein tayyar mixture,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,dried oregano & red chilli crushed dal dein.
-Preheated oven mein 170C per cheese melt ho janay tak bake ker lein (14-15 minutes).
-Fresh parsley sa garnish ker ka serve karein!

Use this easy recipe to cook White Sauce #ChickenPasta at home. This #WhiteSauceChickenPasta is made using loads of cheese and the penne pasta variety to make this creamy. Your kids will love this #ChickenPastaRecipe.
White Sauce Chicken Pasta Recipe:
Chicken - 150 grams
Penne Pasta - 2 Cups / 150 grams
Water - 6 Cups / 1.5 Litres
Olive Oil - 3 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
Maida - 2 tbsp
Milk - 2 Cups
Dried Oregano - ½ tsp
Dried Basil - ½ tsp
Salt - ¾ tsp
Pepper - ½ tsp
Cheddar Cheese - ½ Cup
Cooking Instructions:
1. Bring water to boil in a pot, cover and cook the pasta in the boiling water for 9 mins.
2. Drain the pasta and add 1 tsp of Olive oil to prevent the pasta from sticking on to each other.
3. In a pan, add 1 tsp of Olive oil, and chicken. Season this with ¼ tsp of salt and ¼ tsp of pepper. Cook the chicken for 3 mins. Remove the chicken from the pan.
4. In the same pan, add 1 tsp of Olive oil, 1 tbsp of butter.
5. Add finely chopped garlic to the pan and saute for 30 seconds.
6. Add 2 tbsp of maida to the pan, stir until maida and butter are mixed.
7. Add milk to the pan.
8. Add oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
9. By the time the sauce comes together and starts to thicken, add ½ cup of Cheddar Cheese.
10. Add the cooked pasta and mix it with the sauce.
11. Add the cooked chicken to the pan and mix well.
12. Remove from heat and serve.

500g (1.1lbs) - Pasta of your choice (I used shells)
1 Tbsp (14g) - Unsalted Butter
1 tsp (5ml) - Olive Oil
6 - Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/3 Cup (80ml) - Chicken or Vegetable Stock
400ml (13.5floz) - Thickened Cream (Heavy Cream, Whipping Cream)
120g (4.2oz) - Baby Spinach, Washed
60g (2.1oz) - Grana Padano Cheese, Freshly Grated
5g (0.2oz) - Flat Leaf Parsley or Basil, Roughly Chopped
