Cheesy Pumpkin Fondue For Two | A Pumpkin Fondue Recipe | CHEF ADVENTURES & YESTERKITCHEN Collab ????????RECIPE BELOW!!????????
1 c. Emmental Cheese shredded
1 c. Gruyere Cheese Shredded
1 c. Aged White Cheddar Shredded
1 small Pumpkin Pie Pumpkin
1 T. Corn Starch
1/4 c. Heavy Cream
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 Shallot Minced
3 cloves Garlic Minced
1 Baguette French Bread
~Preheat oven at 350 F
~Cut lid out of pumpkin and clean out seeds and membranes
~Put lid back on and bake for 20 minutes
~Toast Baguette French Bread
~Mix all shredded cheese with Cornstarch until completely coated and no excess starch remains.
~Remove pumpkin from oven and remove lid.
~Layer half of cheese, then remaining incredients. Top with remaining cheese. Do not stir.
~Return cheese filled pumpkin back into the oven.
~Bake for 20 more minutes or until Fondue is bubbling.
~Scoop out onto toasted Baguette slices and Enjoy!

Oh, fondue…. It evokes après ski parties in 1970’s decorated homes, complete with lava lamps and avocado or harvest yellow kitchen appliances. But wait! Fondue is hip again! And its creamy, cheesy deliciousness is a fantastic appetizer, or it can be the centerpiece of a meal. Think hunks of crusty bread, slices of apple, roasted potatoes, steamed florets of broccoli, and sautéed morsels of steak or chicken. It almost sounds healthy!

CHEESE FONDUE IN 10 MINUTES | Super Easy Recipe
My video shows you how to prepare cheese fondue in 10 minutes. A simple fondue recipe is foolproof and incredibly easy. I've tried several different cheese combinations over the years, but I keep coming back to the traditional pairing of aged Gruyere and Emmentaler cheese. Gruyere has a sharper, more assertive flavor while Emmentaler is more mild, has better melting qualities and helps to tame the Gruyere a bit. The cherry Kirshwasser is an optional ingredient, bit I highly recommend adding it just before serving your fondue.
There are only a small handful of ingredients in this recipe so make sure everything you buy is of high quality.

Gruyere Cheese, .75 lbs.
Emmentaler Cheese, .25 lbs.
