How To make Quick Cheddar Bread
3 3/4 c Unbleached Flour 2 1/2 c Cheddar; Sharp
5 ts Baking Powder 1 1/2 c Milk
1/2 ts Salt 2 ea Eggs; Lg, Slightly Beaten
1/3 c Butter
Combine the dry ingredients, then cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs, then add the cheddar cheese. Combine the milk and eggs then add the mixture to the cheddar mixture. Stir until just moistened, then spoon into a greased 9 X 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees F. hour. Remove from the pan immediately and let cool on a
wire rack. -----

Easy Jalapeño cheddar bread. No knead jalapeño cheddar bread. This is another bread recipe that anyone can make.
375g (3 cups) flour
12.5ml (2 ½ teaspoon) yeast
10ml (2 teaspoon) salt
120g (1 ½ cup) grated sharp cheddar
70g (½ cup) sliced pickled jalapeno peppers
360ml (1 ½ cup) warm water
Mix all ingredients. Let rise covered for 2 hours.
Shape into ball, let rise for about 45 minutes while oven is heating at 450F ( 230C)
Bake covered for 30 minutes
Remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes.
Let cool before cutting.

Jalapeño Cheddar Bread
Recipe:
2 cups warm water
1 & 1/2 tbs quick rise yeast
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbs olive oil
2 tsp salt
5 cups AP flour
8os shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c sliced jalapeños
Whisk together the warm water, yeast and sugar until combinded let sit for a couple of minutes. Next you’re going to add in your olive oil, salt and flour. Add dough hook to your mixer and knead for 6 minutes. Add the cheese & jalapeños the last minute of kneading. you don’t have to do this step if you don’t, but I added some olive oil to the bowl put the dough in there and let it sit for five minutes then I shaped the dough, place on parchment paper, or a silicone mat, then put into Dutch oven cover let rise for 25-30 minutes. preheat oven to 350° bake for 35-40 minutes depending on your oven. I bake for 25 minutes covered, and then 15 to 20 minutes, uncovered, or until it’s golden brown.
