This easy recipe of the most delicious Seafood Boil, hands down!????
Ingredients
2-4 Crab legs
1-2 Ibs Shrimp
2-4 corns
1-2 1bs potatoes
2 sausages
Eggs
2 sticks (1 1b butter)
1 head roasted garlic
1/2 cup chopped garlic
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp lemon pepper
2 tbsp paprika
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp garlic & herb
1-2 tbsp old bay seafood seasoning
1 tsp chili flakes
1 lemon (or 1/4 cup freshly squeeze lemon juice)
2-3 tbsp (slam ya mama cajun seafood boil)
1 tsp cajun
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic & herb

‼️‼️cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes all we are steaming here is the shrimp and sausage ☺️
Ingredients: 4 foil packs
1 lb baby potatoes
4 frozen corn cut 1 inch thick
12 oz Hillshire Farm beef smoked sausage
My shrimp boil seasoning mix:
3 tbsp paprika
3 tbsp lemon pepper
3 tbsp cayanne pepper *use less if don’t want it spicy
2 tbsp low sodium Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp low sodium old bay seasoning
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
10 minced garlic cloves
1/2 onion
4-6 tbsp unsalted butter for each foil pack

Louisiana Broil- Pt.2 w/ Shrimp, Lobster, Potatoes & Cayenne Butter
Louisiana Broil/ Feeds 4-6
Lobster Tails:
Salt, Pepper
Garlic- Chopped
¼ stick Butter
Lobster Tails
Rinse tails and place on a baking sheet. Use a serrated knife (knife with teeth) to cut down the center of the lobster tails. Do not cut all the way through. This will ensure that all of the juices, seasonings, and butter run through the lobster, but do not escape. Season with salt and pepper. Cut butter into slices and put a slice on each tail. Add chopped garlic to the top of each tail. Place in the oven under BROIL for about 5 to 7 minutes or until red in color and juices run clear.
Shrimp/ Prawns:
Salt, Pepper
Garlic- Chopped
¼ stick Butter
Rinse shrimp and place in a baking pan. Leave shells on and season with salt and pepper. Cut butter into thick slices and spread over shrimp. Add chopped garlic over the shrimp. Place in the oven under BROIL for about 10- 15 minutes or until pink in color and juices run clear.
Red Skinned Potatoes:
Seasoning Salt, Salt, Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Italian Seasoning
¼ stick Butter
Boil in a pot of boiling water about 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Strain water and remove potatoes. Place onto a baking sheet and season with seasoning salt, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasoning. Cut butter into thick slices and spread over potatoes. Place in the oven under BROIL for about 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
White Corn:
Salt, Pepper
¼ stick Butter
Boil in a pot of boiling water about 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Remove from water and set on a baking pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cut butter into thick slices and spread slices over corn. Bake in the oven under BROIL for about 10 more minutes.
Garlic Chili Butter:
Garlic: Chopped
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 stick Butter
Cut butter into thick slices. Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and heat together in the microwave. Stir with a spoon and serve!
Build:
On a big serving plater, lay corn, potatoes, lobster tails, shrimp, and other seafood you may have around the edge. Put melted butter in the center for great dipping and an awesome feast!
Quicktip: Add crabmeat or crawfish for more seafood! You can also use a butter warmer or an oil burner and tea candle to keep your butter melted in the center of the table while you feast! Easy HomeCookin!

In this video we are making Juicy Cayenne Shrimp. It is a quick and easy recipe, takes ONLY 8 minutes to prepare. This dish is perfect as an appetizer or party gatherings and game days (football, baseball, hockey, soccer, basketball, handball, rugby, cricket, tennis).
For this recipe we are using:
2lb of 21-25 shrimp, shells on (optional use peeled shrimp if preferred)
1/4 oz sea salt
1/8 oz garlic powder
1/2 oz cayenne pepper
1/8 oz grape seed oil (or any oil of your choice)
Dip Recipe:
1/2 oz onion, chopped
5 oz mayonnaise
2 oz ketchup
1 oz water
a pinch of salt
a pinch of black pepper
