Onion Garlic Cayenne Lemon Smoothie from Time and Truffles
I managed to get sick in Maui.... yuck! Who gets sick in Maui? So... here's what Terra of made me a cure.... a strange cure. A smoothie that's made of garlic, onion, cayenne, lemon, vitamin c, grapefruit extract, oregano oil, and a few other things. It tasted awful, but it worked.

this is how to make immitation shrimp like they sell at the boiling crab

1 bag of zatarain's crab boil
old bay seasoning
lousiana cajun seasoning
cayenne pepper
lemon pepper
paprika
lousiana hot sauce( if want it more spicy)
2 cups margarine or butter
garlic 8 cloves chopped
2 lemons
shrimp prefered with the head on
sausage cut in small pieces(farmers johns louisiana spicy)
6 ear white corn
small or cut red potatoes
1. clean your shrimp well, in pan add water let it get hot then add the 1bag of zatarain's crab boil ,add 1 TSP of cayenne pepper,1TSP paprika, squeez one lemon mix well let it boil.
2.when starts to boil add your red potatoes,corn since this take more time to cook let boil again.
3.add your shrimp to boil water cooked them for 2-3 minutes dont over cooked them. then take them out cool down put them aside for now.
4.add your sausage bring water to boil then take your sausage out put aside .leave your red potatoes and corn to boil and check them till they are tender then take them out.
making the sauce
5.in a small bowl add 1TBS old bay,1TSP loisiana cajun seasoning,1TSp cayenne pepper,1TSP paprika,1TSP lemon pepper mix well .
6.in sauce pan add 1 cup of margarine or butter let it melt then add you chopped garlic cook them till garlic start to change color then add you bowl of spicies to butter with garlic mix well cook for 1 -2 minutes . then squeez one lemon juice to sauce (taste it making sure its not to salty the old bay ,cajun seasoning are salty the lemon balances the flavors) cook all well for 1-2 minutes.( for really spicy shrimp add 1TSP of lousiana hot sauce)
7. in a sauce pan add 1/2 cup butter,add shrimp, saute your shrimp for 2-3 minutes.
8.in a bowl or foil tray add your shrimp then add the sauce to shrimp mix well, then add you sausage,red potatoes,corn mix again well.

9 . in a small cup or bowl add 1/2 TSP lemon pepper squeez one lemon mix well (use this as your dipping sauce)

Hello and Welcome to Cook It Like Chef Shrimpy, We Bring The Sexy Back.
In this video we are making Juicy Cayenne Shrimp. It is a quick and easy recipe, takes ONLY 8 minutes to prepare. This dish is perfect as an appetizer or party gatherings and game days (football, baseball, hockey, soccer, basketball, handball, rugby, cricket, tennis).
For this recipe we are using:
2lb of 21-25 shrimp, shells on (optional use peeled shrimp if preferred)
1/4 oz sea salt
1/8 oz garlic powder
1/2 oz cayenne pepper
1/8 oz grape seed oil (or any oil of your choice)
Dip Recipe:
1/2 oz onion, chopped
5 oz mayonnaise
2 oz ketchup
1 oz water
a pinch of salt
a pinch of black pepper

Ginger cayenne pepper turmeric dry orange peel and a few drops of lemon juice
One pound of ginger
One tablespoon of turmeric
One tablespoon of cayenne pepper
One piece of dry orange peel
Boil together drops of lemon juice

Half cup first thing in the morning lasting at night
