1 sm Cucumber, scrubbed and
-trimmed 1/3 c Sour Cream
1 ts Dried dill weed
Freshly ground black pepper -to taste 1 Jar red salmon caviar
Fresh dill sprigs 8 Thin slices whole-wheat
-bread Butter or margarine Serves 2 Slice cucumber into 1/4-inch rounds. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, dried dill and pepper. Place one teaspoon of the sour cream mixture on each cucumber slice. Garnish each with about 1/2 teaspoon caviar and a dill sprig. Cut bread slices with heart-shaped cookie cutter. Toast and butter. FALSO CAVIAR CON AGAR-AGAR
Falso caviar con agar-agar. Nunca pensé que esto de hacer falso caviar fuera tan fácil, y a la vista esta, que solo pensaba hacer uno y cuando vi que se hacia en un momento y que era tan divertido, me volví loca y empecé hacer falso caviar de todo lo que se me ocurría jajajaja....
INGREDIENTES:
- 1/2 lata de aceituna negras sin hueso.
- 100ml. de jugo de tomate.
- 100ml. de jugo de frutos rojos.
- 100ml. de jugo de mango.
- 100ml. de te matcha.
- 100ml. de café.
- 100ml. de vinagre de Módena.
- 100ml. de vino tinto.
- 8gr. de agar-agar.
- 1l. de aceite de girasol.
- Una jeringuilla.

Strawberry Panna Cotta Recipe | Strawberry Panna Cotta with Strawberry Caviar | Priya's Home Food
Strawberry Panna Cotta:
Strawberry Panna cotta is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin, flavored with strawberry and molded.
Recipe:
Ingredients for strawberry puree:
Strawberries – 250 gm
Sugar – 2 Tbsp.
Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp.
Water – 2 Tbsp.
Method:
1. Blend strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and water into fine puree. Strain and set aside.
Ingredients for Panna Cotta:
Whole milk – ¾ cup
Whipping cream – 2/3 cup (150 ml)
Sugar – ¼ cup
Unflavored gelatin – 2 tsp.
Cold water – 3 Tbsp.
Method:
1. Sprinkle gelatin in cold water. Let it bloom for 3 to 5 min.
2. Heat whole milk, whipping cream and sugar in a pot. Bring to a boil.
3. Add the bloomed gelatin to milk mixture and mix well without lumps.
4. Add 1/3 cup strawberry puree and mix.
5. Strain and pour into silicone molds. Or it can also be set in ramekins and cups.
6. Refrigerate until firm for about 4 hrs. to overnight.
Ingredients for Strawberry Caviar:
Vegetable oil – 1 cup
Strawberry puree – ¼ cup + 3 Tbsp.
Cold water – 3 Tbsp.
Unflavored gelatin – 2 tsp
Method:
1. Refrigerate oil until very cold for about 3 to 4 hrs.
2. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and set aside to bloom for about 3 to 5 min.
3. Heat strawberry puree in a pot. Bring to a boil.
4. Add the bloomed gelatin to hot strawberry puree and mix well.
5. Cool down to room temperature.
6. Fill an oral syringe with strawberry gelatin mix and squeeze into the cold oil one drop at a time.
7. The fruit juice touches the cold oil and drops to the bottom.
8. Let the caviar set for a minute in cold oil.
9. Then strain and rinse in cold water.
10. Transfer to a paper towel and pat dry.
Plate:
1. Unmold the set panna cotta and top it with strawberry puree and caviar.
