2 tb Margarine
1 c Chocolate chips
1 Egg, beaten
1 c Powdered sugar
3 c Colored marshmallows
Melt the margarine and chocolate chips in a saucepan over the lowest heat setting. Remove from heat when melted. Add the egg and powdered sugar. Mix well. Add marshmallows. Stir until coated. Turn out onto wax paper and form a roll. When hardened, slices into 30 pieces approx. 1/2 inch in size.

Cathedral Window Jelly Dessert
Is a delicious and colorful jelly dessert perfect for holidays, it resembles stained-glass windows seen in churches. It’s made with colorful jelly cubes mix in a milky gelatin.
Ingredients
1 pack (25g) Strawberry gelatin powder
1 pack (25g) Mango gelatin powder
1 pack (25g) Buko pandan gelatin powder
1 pack (25g) Orange gelatin powder
2 cups of water (for each flavored gelatin)
MILKY JELLY
1 pack (25g) unflavored white gelatin powder
2 cups pineapple juice
1 big can (300 ml) Condensed Milk
1 pack (250 ml) all-purpose cream
½ cup water
½ cup sugar
Procedure
1. In a pot combine grape gelatin powder and water. Stir to dissolve. Turn on stove and stir over medium heat until it boils. Pour jelly mixture on mold. Let it cool to set.
2. Repeat process with the remaining flavored gelatin powder. When all the colored gelatin cool down, slice them into cubes. Mix all the colored flavored jelly cubes in a bowl.
3. Arrange the jelly cubes on the mold. Set aside
4. In a pot combine unflavored white gelatin powder, pineapple juice, water, sugar, condensed milk and all-purpose cream. Mix until well combined. Turn on stove and stir over medium heat until it boils. Pour milk mixture into the mold with jelly cubes. Let it cool to set then chill in the ref for 4 hours or overnight.

Cathedral Window Jelly Dessert - mysweetambitions
For the Ingredients
This are the seven flavour of Jelly that I use but you don't have to have 7 flavour jelly 3-7 flavour will do but you need to have 7 boxes of jelly . Each box of jelly is 85 g each
Dissolve in 1 cup boiling water and
then 100 ml of cold water
1- lime
1- berry blue
1- grapes
1- mango
1- pineapple
1- orange
1- strawberry
For the creamy jelly
15 tsp of unflavoured gelatine
1 can 395 g condensed milk
1 can 375 ml evaporated milk
1 cup cream ( I used whipping cream but any cream will do like all purpose crea)
3 cups water
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

How to make cathedral window ( filipino cathedral window )
Cathedral window is a creamy gelatin dessert popularly served during holidays in Philippines. Cathedral window jelly is one of the most affordable and easy to make dessert. Cathedral window has multi colored jellies which are cut into cubes or various shapes and sizes with a background of white and creamy jelly.

Cathedral window ingredients
For Jelly Cubes:
3/4 tbsp. unflavored green color gelatin
3/4 tbsp. unflavored red color gelatin
3/4 tbsp. unflavored yellow color gelatin
3/4 tbsp. unflavored violet color gelatin
6 cups water
For Jelly Cream:
250 ml table cream (all-purpose cream)
1 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup pineapple juice
3 cups water
4 tbsp. unflavored clear gelatin
How to make filipino cathedral window jelly dessert
1. Combine the package of green gelatin and 1 & ½ cups water. Stir and mix properly until gelatin is dissolved. Over medium heat, bring to a boil for about 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture begins to make bubbles.
Remove from heat and pour into a tub container. Refrigerate to cool down and set.
2. Do the same procedure with red, yellow and violet colored gelatin
3. Once gelatin is set and firm, cut into cubes.
4. Now, prepare the white gelatin by combining the condensed milk, pineapple juice and cream with water.
5. Gradually add white gelatin powder and dissolve.
6. Heat over low heat while stirring constantly.
7. Once it starts to thicken and to bubble, remove from heat.
8. Arrange some of the cubes with different colors at the bottom of the mold and pour the hot white gelatin mixture to cover the layer.
9. Add another layer of cubes and white gelatin. Repeat until all cubes and white gelatin is used.
10. Once done, Refrigerate to completely cool and set. When firm, invert onto a plate to serve.
