How To make Caterpillar Cake
2 pk Pistachio pudding
3 c Milk
1 Cool whip
1 Chocolate refrigerator
-cookies Recipe by: Peg Archibald UFNF33A A little recipe that is good is caterpillar cake for kids. 2 pkgs of pistachio pudding, 3 cups of milk, 1 reg
container of cool whip <use half, save half> 1 box chocolate refrigerator cookies. Make pudding and frost refrigerator cookies and keep stacking till you have a large green and brown log (do this on a piece of waxed paper). Then roll up in the waxed paper, cover with foil and freeze till firm-will keep up to a month in freezer. When you bring it out, place on plate frozen and frost with whipped cream, you can tint it if you want. Use milk duds for eyes and red licorce whips for ears and decorate with what you want. Some use coconut on top. Serve frozen like a baskin robbins ice cream cake. -----

I Made A Caterpillar Cake Called Carl!
Hi! I'm back with another video and this time its Carl the caterpillar (we thought Carl was an appropriate name) Caterpillar cakes are available everywhere but i thought i'd just share a tutorial for the fun!

For the cake:
- 4 Egg Whites
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 60g Caster sugar
- 60g light brown sugar
- 60g Melted butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 60g Self raising flour
- 3 Tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 Tsp Baking powder
- Pinch of salt
For the Buttercream:
- 100g Butter
- 200g Icing sugar
- 20g Cocoa powder
- 1-2 tbsp Milk

This tutorial is perfect if you are just starting out your cake decorating journey and should you need a little extra help the templates are there to help you.

Mint green food colouring gel ( I used this to colour the caterpillar and paint the eye outline)

200g / 7oz Fresh strawberries
100g / 3½oz White chocolate
200mls / 7oz Whipping cream
Ingredients for Jam Swiss Roll
3 Large or 4 small eggs (room temperature)
80g / 3oz Granulated sugar

2 tbls / 30g / 1oz Vegetable oil
80g / 2.8oz Plain or all purpose flour
1tsp Baking powder
¼tsp Salt
100g / 3½oz Jam of your choice
