Crock Pot Santa Fe Chicken
2 1/2 - 3 lbs Boneless Chicken Breast
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Diced Green Chilis
1 Can Black Beans - drained & rinsed
1 Cup Frozen Corn
1 C Chicken Broth
3 - 4 Cloves Garlic - minced
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
2 tap Cumin
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cayenne
Salt & Pepper to taste
3 - 4 Scallions - chopped
1/4 C Cilantro - chopped
Place chicken breasts in your slow cooker, top with diced tomatoes, black beans, green chilis,
corn, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, cayenne, salt, pepper, scallions cilantro & chicken broth.
Cover and cook on low 6 hours or 4 on high.
Shred chicken with 2 forks.
Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream & scallions
Serve over rice.

La receta que comparto con vosotros no es la original porque esta es secreta, pero su resultado es espectacular en cuanto a sabor y textura. Por lo visto los piononos, uno de los dulces más típicos de Granada por excelencia, fueron creados por Ceferino Isla. Maestro pastelero y propietario del obrador Casa Ysla desde 1897, en Santa Fé.
Se trata de un bizcocho básico muy fino y esponjoso, almibarado, espolvoreado con canela y cubierto con yema pastelera. Para formarlos se enrollan sobre sí mismo y se cortan en porciones. Finalmente, se decora con una pequeña cantidad de yema pastelera tostada.

Apparently the pionono, one of the most typical pastries of Granada par excellence, were created by Ceferino Isla. Master pastry chef and owner of the Casa Ysla pastry shop since 1897, in Santa Fé.
It is a very fine and spongy basic sponge cake, syrupy, sprinkled with cinnamon and covered with yolk pastry cream. To shape them, they are rolled up on themselves and cut into portions. Finally, it is decorated with a small quantity of toasted yolk pastry cream.

●1 cup fresh or frozen whole kernel corn
