How to make veggie burgers // Carrot burgers //vegan & simple recipe
Finally a recipe that isn't sweet :P Although we do love sweets :)
We thought that maybe you will want some inspirations for holiday (and Christmas) dinner. We gave you some ideas for cookies and there are more to come, but in between we will post some savory recipes to balance everything out :P

Recipe:
Around 4 Carrots (grated)
1 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Oregano
1 tbsp of Coconut
1/2 tsp of asafetida
1 tsp of cumin
1 tsp of turmeric
1/3 cup of chickpea flour
Grate the carrots (you can also use other vegetables like potatoes, sweet potatoes, zucchini...).
Then mix in bowl together veggies, spices and chickpea flour. If you want, you can add a little bit of white flour as well.
First mix and then if needed, you can add a little bit of water.
Make little burgers and fry them in a pan. Or bake them in an oven.

Recept :
Približno 4 srednji korenčki
1 žlička soli
1 žlička origana
1 žlica kokosa
1/2 žličke asafetide
1 žlička kumina
1 žlička kurkume
1/3 skodelice čičerikine moke
Najprej naribajte korenje. Lahko pa seveda uporabite še kakšno drugi zelenjavo, kot so bučke, krompir,..
Potem pa v skledi zmešajte zelenjavo, začimbe in čičerikino moko. Po želji lahko dodate tudi malo navadne moke.
Vse skupaj zmešajte, pomagajte so z rokami in poskusite ne dodati vode. Če vam bo masa po mešanju še vedno presuha, dodajte čisto malo vode.
Nato oblikujte polpetke in jih specite na ponvi ali v pečici.

Carrot – 1 cup grated
Paneer- ½ cup grated
Roasted peanut powder – 1/4th cup
Oats flour/Gram flour – 1/4th cup
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Bread slices
Mozzarella cheese
Spinach leaves
Tomato slices
Cucumber slices
Olives
