Pork-Wrapped Greens & Carrots
Green beans and carrot sticks wrapped in sliced pork and cooked with a generous amount of Kuze Fuku & Sons Yuzu Miso Dressing.
Ingredients:
10 oz Thinly Sliced Pork
6 Large Green Beans
6 Carrot Sticks, thinly sliced
Salt (dash)
Pepper (dash)
Flour (as needed)
1 tsp Oil
Yuzu Miso Dressing (amount as desired)
Preparation:
Boil Green Beans and Carrot sticks in water with salt. Drain. Sprinkle a dash of salt and pepper on the slices of pork. Wrap three pork slices around a bundle of 2 carrot sticks and 2 green beans. Repeat for remaining beans, carrots and pork. Coat the pork-wrapped vegetables in flour and fry in a pan with 1 tsp of oil. Add Yuzu Miso Dressing as desired. Remove from heat, cut to the desired size and serve, topping with Yuzu Miso Dressing once more, if preferred.

Brinjal -1+1/2 (1-2)
Green Chilli - 4
Coconut oil - 3 - 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water - 1-2 cup
Grated Coconut - 3/4 cup
Shallots - 3 -4
Garlic - 2
Turmeric Powder - 3/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Yougurt - 1 cup
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Red Chilli
Ginger - 1 tsp
Asafoetidia - 2 pinch
Fenugreek powder -1/4 tsp
Thoran;

Carrot - 2 medium size
Beetroot -1 medium size
Onion -2 Small size
Green Chilli - 2 - 3
Ginger - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp (opt )
Grated Coconut - 3 - 4 tbsp
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Coconut oil - 2 - 3 tbsp

Simple, Healthy Indian Recipe! Chic Pea Carrot Stew
Chic Pea Carrot Stew
(slightly spicy but you can omit the cayenne pepper for a spice-free meal or use the full amount of cayenne for a real authentic kick!)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic minced
12 sprigs cilantro
1/2 tsp turmeric
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp or less of cayenne pepper (we use 1/4!)
2 cans chic peas (liquid reserved)
3-4 large carrots chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Fry the onion in the olive oil for 6-8 minutes. Add garlic, cilantro, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, reserved chic pea liquid (or around 1 cup liquid including water, if needed), and carrots. Cover and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until carrots are tender. Add chic peas, salt, and pepper. Heat through and serve!
