Directions:
Combine sugar, butter, and corn syrup in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Pour syrup mixture into a 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
Place 6 slices of bread on top of syrup mixture. Top with remaining 6 slices of bread.
Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, and salt, stirring until blended. Pour egg mixture evenly over bread slices.
Cover and chill 8 hours. Bake, uncovered, at
350 degrees F. for 40 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned.

Ingredients for 12 French Toast Rolls:
12 Toast Bread slices
50 g (1/4 cup) Unsalted Butter, softened at room temperature
50 g (1/4 cup) Light Brown Sugar Cane
½ teaspoon (1,5 g) Cinnamon
2 Eggs
45 ml (3 tablespoons) Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (or Vanilla Paste)
70 g (1/2 cup) Dark Brown Muscovado Sugar Cane
1 teaspoon (3 g) Cinnamon
10 g (about 1 tablespoon) Unsalted Butter, for cooking
For raspberry coulis:
4,5 oz (125 g) fresh raspberries
4 tablespoons Powdered Sugar (or Sugar to taste)
Directions:
In a medium size bowl combine the softened Butter with Light Brown Sugar and ½ tsp Cinnamon until smooth and creamy.
In a big size bowl beat Eggs with Milk and Vanilla until well combined, set aside.
In a medium size bowl combine Dark Brown Sugar and 1 tsp Cinnamon, set aside.
Remove crust from each slice of Toast Bread and flatten using a rolling pin.
Spread evenly the Butter mix on each slice of bread and roll up each slices.
Heat a laarge non-stick pan over high heat and then melt about 1 tbsp of butter.
Dip each bread roll into Egg mix, roll into Brown Sugar mix and cook on each side until caramelized and dark brown (remember to reduce heat to prevent burnt). You can cook about 6 rolls at a time.
Serve immediately with Raspberry Coulis (optional), Chocolate Sauce, Maple Syrup….or what you prefer!!
Raspberry Coulis:
In a small saucepan, put raspberries and powdered sugar: cook at medium-high heat until simmering (for about 10 minutes) and continue to stir.
Remove from the heat and push the contents through a sieve to remove the seeds.
You can prepare the coulis the day before and keep it in the fridge.
Caramelized French toast with berry sauce
Rich custard like French toast with a caramel crust. It is just irresistible and the berry sauce is a perfect combination with it.
Ingredients:
1 loaf of challah bread or brioche
420 ml milk (1&3/4 cup)
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 eggs
2 yolks
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
Butter & sugar to cook and caramelize the toast: 1 tablespoon butter + 1 1/2- 2 tablespoon sugar per toast.
For the berry sauce:
2 cups mixed berries
2.5 tablespoon honey
Zest of 1/2 a lemon
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Tips:
* When the french toast is cooked, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for a couple of minutes before serving.
* Lower the heat if sugar is caramelizing too fast before french toast is cooked. On the other hand, if the french toast is cooked before the sugar is nicely caramelized then remove the toast from the pan and continue to cook the sugar until it caramelizes and then spread over the french toast

١ ملعقة صغيرة نشا ذرة
ملاحظات:
* لما التوست يستوي، يفضل أنه يتحط على ورق زبدة كام دقيقة قبل التقديم.
* لو السكر بدأ ييتكرمل بسرعة قبل ما التوست/الخبزيكون جاهز يبقى واطوا درجة الحرارة. لو العكس حصل والتوست/الخبز بقى جاهز قبل ما السكر يتكرم، ساعتها شيلوا التوست/ الخبزمن الطاسة وحطوه على ورقة زبدة لغاية ما الكراميل يكون جاهز وبعدين افردوه على التوست

Salted Caramel Sauce
1 cup granulated sugar
75g salted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon french sea salt or more to taste
Berry Coulis
1 cup frozen mixed berries
lemon, half
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp icing sugar

Made with brioche toast and a caramel topping, this treat is simply great as a breakfast option with a cup of coffee or black tea. The french toast can also be decorated with some fruit to balance the sweetness and add some vitamins to the dish.
And the best part: this french toast is so easy to make and only takes a few minutes to bake.
Here are the ingredients:
Caramel Topping
*50 g sugar (1/4 cup)
*20 g butter (1 1/2 tbsp)
*130 g heavy cream (3/4 cup)
*A pinch of salt
Baking
*93 g full fat milk (1/2 cup)
*266 g heavy cream (1 1/2 cups)
*60 g egg yolks (3 eggs approx.)
*38 g brown sugar (1/4 cup)
*1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
