2 tb Water 2 ts Hot pepper sauce 1/2 lb Ground pork 1/2 lb Bulk hot sausage 4 Sandwich buns 4 Lettuce leaves Heat grill. In large bowl, combine water and pepper sauce; blend well. Add pork and sausage, mix gently. Shape into 4 patties. Place on gas grill over medium heat. Cook 14 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once. Serve on buns with lettuce leaves and any desired additions. -----

Healthy Burger Recipe (Cajun Pork Burger)
HEALTHY CAJUN PORK BURGERS ???? ????
This week’s recipe is a quick and easy 5 step burger and wedges meal! This is absolutely guaranteed to keep you on track if you’re looking to keep pushing through this weekend, or works very well as a midweek dinner, taking about 20 minutes start to finish!
Ingredients for this recipe are listed below
- 125g pork mince - 250g sweet potato - Peas - Salt, black pepper, chili powder, BBQ seasoning, garlic powder
1. Set oven to preheat at 200 degrees C then cut up and season wedges 2. Place peas into water and cover with cling film, microwave for 4 minutes total, just before wedges finish 3. Spray with non-stick and place in the oven for 8 minutes each side 4. While wedges are cooking add seasoning to burgers and form patties, and cook for 3 minutes each side, just before wedges finish 5. Serve up and enjoy!!
