How To make Caesar's Sourdough Bread Abm
BEST brEAD MACHINE CB EVER:
2 1/2 ts Yeast
2 c Bread flour
1 c Whole wheat flour
1 1/2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2 tb Sugar
1/2 tb Salt
1/4 c Parmesan, grated
3 tb Olive oil
4 Anchovies; chopped
1/2 ts Lemon peel, grated
1 1/2 c Sourdough starter
1/2 c Water; warm
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start. In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water. If Caesar made bread instead of salad dressing, this would be it. Sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes or tuna salad, or serve it with a green salad. For an hors d'oeuvre, toast slices and top with steak tartare or a sliver of rare roast beef. The crusty ends can be cut into croutons, toasted in a frying pan, and tossed in a salad. Homemade Pizza Dough Recipe | CRISPY, CHEWY, BUBBLY CRUST
This is one of the best pizza dough I’ve ever tried.
This dough can stay fresh in a fridge for 72 hours. You can make this dough in the evening and bake the next day.

???? TOMATO PIZZA SAUCE:
???? PIZZA DOUGH v2.0:
Ingredients:
300g (2 cup + 2 tbsp) – all-purpose flour
1,6g (2/3 tsp) – dry yeast
215g – water
10-13g (3/4 - 1 tbsp) – granulated sugar
5g (1 tsp) – salt
15g (1 tbsp) – vegetable oil
*1 cup is 240ml
I converted the recipe from gram to cup, but recommend always using grams if you can. All cups are different (US, UK, Australian cup etc.) and gram measuring always gives better result.
????About water temperature: 30-35°C (86 - 95°F) is perfect. If you add cold water is not a problem, but maybe your dough needs more time to rise.
????I used a basic gas oven and usually preheat it with a baking sheet inside to 240C at least for 1 hour and bake pizza for 7-9 minutes until golden brown edges.

RECIPE: Yields 2 small loaves
687g AP Flour
123g Milk
45g Sugar
10g Salt
43g Oil
7g Yeast
355g Water
Pour all into a large bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until a ragged ball forms. Make sure all flour is wet. Cover and set in refrigerator for 24 hours. Remove, knead on lightly floured surface 7-10 times and form into whatever is needed. Proof before baking.
