2 Pounds Flank steak
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
or to taste
3/4 Cup Onion :
chopped
3/4 Cup Bacon -- chopped
1/4 Cup Water
Trim fat off steaks. Season with salt and pepper. Mix onion and bacon, spread over each steak. Roll steaks (as you'd do for a jelly roll), tie rolls tightly in several places with a string. Put steaks into slow cooker. Add water. Cover pot. Cook on LOW for 8 hrs. If you want to serve this with gravy, remove meat when done, and thicken liquid with a mixture of flour and water and cook it in crock pot set at High for 15 minutes. How To Make A Beef Roulade

Don't let a beef roulade intimidate you-they're fairly simple to throw together! Learn how to make it in this video tutorial!
BEEF ROULADE RECIPE:
Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 pounds of flank steak
8 oz prosciutto ham
10 oz roasted red peppers
3 oz sundried tomato pesto
4 oz sautéed onions
2 oz Parmesan cheese
¼ cup olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Place a piece of heavy duty plastic wrap on a large work surface. Place flank steak on it. Cover with another piece of plastic wrap and pound the flank steak until is 1/4 inch thick using a meat mallet.
2. Keep in mind: you will be rolling the meat with the grain of the meat, you do this because when you slice it later, the beef will be more tender when you cut across the grain.
3. Spread the pesto sauce; then add the rest of the ingredients. Leave about ½ inch free on all sides of the meat. Carefully roll the roulade up tight, then tie it with butcher’s twine.
4. In a heavy skillet, add the oil and sear the roulade on all sides. Place the roulade in a baking tray with the seam side down. Roast until the internal temperature reaches 130˚F (The internal temperature will rise with the carry over heat).
5. Allow the roulade to rest for a few minutes before slicing.

600-700 g Hackfleisch

~ 40 g Butter
bei mittlerer/hoher Hitze goldbraun braten

2-3 Minuten in Pflanzenöl braten

How To Make Pork Tenderloin Roulade - By One Kitchen Episode 62
Let's make a delicious and juicy pork tenderloin roulade!
You will need:
1 pork tenderloin about 650-700 g
2 small onions or 1 large
4 cloves of garlic
250 grams of mushroom
100 g of spinach
100 g of cream cheese
1 tbsp of olive oil
salt and pepper
200-300 g of bacon, depending on how much you want
In the oven for 35 minutes at 170 C convection and then 5 minutes at 180 C. Let it rest for 15 minutes before cutting.
