baking powder

salt

cup
milk
1/3
cup
brown sugar, firmly packed
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
1/3
cup
pecans, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In 9 inch square pan, melt butter. Stir in 1/3 cup brown sugar and water. Set aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk all at once, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn out onto well-floured surface. Roll out to a 12x10 inch rectangle. Combine 1/3 cup brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans. Sprinkle over dough. Roll up starting with 12 inch side. Cut into 1 inch slices; place cut-side down in prepared pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown. Turn out immediately. Serve hot.

1. Pour the sugar into a saucepan
2. Heat over medium heat, without stirring, until it melts and caramelizes

3. In the microwave, warm the heavy cream
4. As soon as the caramel turns an amber color, stop the heat immediately
5. Add the heavy cream while mixing
6. Add the butter and salt (optional) while mixing
7. Return to low heat, stirring until a smooth caramel forms. (1-2 min)
8. Pour into a small jam jar and let cool

-Oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) salted 2 tbs
-Popcorn kernels ½ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) salted 2-3 tbs
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup or to taste
-Baking soda ¼ tsp
-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
Directions:
-In pot,add oil,butter and let it melt,add popcorn kernels and mix well.
-Cover and let them pop and shake pan in between.
-In frying pan,add butter and let it melt,add sugar,mix well and cook on low flame until sugar melts and stir continuously & scrape until it thickens.
-Add baking soda,vanilla essence and mix well for 15 seconds.
-Now add popcorns and coat well.
-In baking tray,add caramel popcorns and let them cool completely & serve.
