Combine butterscotch bits and margarine; melt ove r boiling water. Remove from heat. Dissolve baking soda in 2 tablespoons boil ing water, add to the butterscotch mix. Gradually blend in remaining ingredien ts. Drop by slightly rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake a bout 10 minutes, cool on wire rack. busted by sooz

Oatmeal Scotchies 1 Stick of salted butter at room temp 1/3 cup brown sweetener blend: 2 large eggs at room temp 1 tsp vanilla 1 pack Butterscotch Keto Chow: 1/3 cup fine almond flour Optional 1/4 Cup Lilly's butterscotch chips: 1 tsp baking powder 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (chopped up small like oatmeal)
Instructions Preheat your oven to 350° and spray parchment paper lined baking sheet with avocado oil. Cream the butter with hand mixer or stand mixer. Add the brown sweetener, vanilla extract one egg. Mix together and then add the other egg. Then, Add the butterscotch Keto Chow, almond flour, baking powder, and mix until smooth. Add the coconut and stir them in. Add in butterscotch chips if you want. Scoop them out with a spoon as shown on the video and bake for 350° for 15 minutes.
