30 graham cracker squares 1/2 cup butter -- (or oleo) 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar 1/2 cup pecans Place crackers on a baking sheet. Combine butter and brown sugar, melt and mix in nuts. Drop mixture on crackers by spoonfuls. Spread mixture over crackers. Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees in oven. Cool - then eat!!! Makes 30. busted by sooz

Ingredients: ????1 pack graham crushed ????1 can (300ml) condensed milk ????1 tbsp. butter ????1 tsp vanilla extract ????2 eggyolks
HOW TO: -whip the all purpose cream until creamy -add condensed milk, continue mixing until fully blended -chill first while you prepare the coffee mixture -put coffee granules, sugar and hot water into mixing bowl, mix well -whip it until creamy but not foamy -get the chilled milk & cream mixture -ready the container -put milk & cream mixture first then put Graham crackers -put some more milk & cream mixture then add coffee mixture, swirl it with stick or just spoon if you want -put butterscotch chips on top -add another layer of Graham crackers -milk & cream then coffee mixture, swirl again & top it with more butterscotch chips -cover and freeze for about 2 hours -cut into your desired size & serve. Enjoy!

Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. In a bowl use a hand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until creamy. 3. Beat in the vanilla and egg until well combined. 4. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda, and salt. 5. Gradually add to the butter mixture until just combined. 6. Stir in the butterscotch chips. 7. Grease pan with cooking spray. 8. Bake for 7 minutes. 9. Cookies will look slightly underdone, but should set up nicely as they cool. 10. Enjoy!
