How To make Buffalo Chicken Rolls
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons butter
melted
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
5 tablespoons blue cheese :
crumbled
romaine lettuce celery stalks
Pound the chicken breasts down to a 1/4" thickness.
In a large glass bowl, make the marinade by mixing together the butter and hot pepper sauce. Add the chicken into the marinade, turning to coat; cover and refrigerate 15 - 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400?.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and spoon 1 tablespoon of the blue cheese onto the center of each chicken breast. Fold in the sides, rolling the chicken around the blue cheese. Secure with wooden picks.
Place the chicken rolls in a baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is fork tender.
Set the temperature control at broil or 450?. Arrange the oven rack so the chicken is about 8 inches from the heat. Broil the chicken for about 5 minutes or until brown.
Remove the wooden picks from the chicken. Arrange lettuce and chicken on platter. Garnish with celery and remaining blue cheese.

Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
shredded mozzarella
oil for frying
green onions for garnish
sriracha for garnish
Directions:
1. Begin by shredding chicken and removing any skin, cartilage, and bone. Cut into small pieces and add to a large mixing bowl.
2. Add your room temp cream cheese (or warm it in the microwave for 30 seconds) along with the hot sauce, celery, ranch, and blue cheese crumbles. Mix well to combine all ingredients. Season to taste.
3. Grab 1 eggroll wrapper at a time and gently wet the edges with either the egg wash or water (to ensure you get a tight seal). Add your mozzarella cheese and buffalo chicken mixture to the middle (don’t overfill the wrappers!)
4. Wrap the egg rolls tightly and ensure the edges are sealed. Repeat until all are finished.
5. Heat oil to 350 degrees and fry egg rolls in batches (about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown). Slice and garnish with sriracha and ranch if desired and top with green onion.

Buffalo Chicken Crescent Roll Ring Recipe
Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels - Quick & Easy Recipe!
Ingredients
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup hot wing sauce
• ¼ cup blue cheese, crumbled (I ended up excluding the blue cheese and adding a little more of the Colby cheese)
• 1 cup colby-jack cheese, shredded (4 ounces)
• ¼ cup green onions, finely chopped
• 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
• 5 large flour tortillas (approximately 10½ diameter)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese on low and add in sauce, blue cheese, colby-jack cheese, and green onions. Beat until blended.
2. Stir shredded chicken into mixture by hand.
3. Spread approximately ½ - ¾ cup of mixture on top of one of the tortillas. Roll up tortilla tightly, but without shifting the mixture too much. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Place rolled tortillas on a place and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
4. Remove from refrigerator and unwrap. Slice each rolled tortillas in half and then each half into 3 slices, discarding ends (or eat them!). Place pinwheel slices on serving plate or tray.
Notes
--Smaller or larger tortillas may be used, however you will need to adjust the amount of buffalo chicken mixture you add to each tortilla.
These buffalo chicken pinwheels turned out great! I personally couldn't stop eating them.

These buffalo chicken egg rolls are a tasty addition to your game day party or anytime you need a crunchy and zesty appetizer!
You can make them in the air fryer (my chosen method for supreme crunch), but I also have recipes to make these in the oven.

1/2 cup Greek yogurt
