1/2 c Miracle Whip
1/4 c Sour Cream
1/4 lb Blue Cheese
4 Ribs Celery
1 Small Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
1 tb Oil
1/2 Lemon
8 oz Tomato Sauce
1/4 c Tabasco Sauce
1/2 ts Salt
3 lb Chicken Wings
Oil For Frying Combine Miracle Whip and sour cream. Crumble and stir in the blue cheese. Cut the celery into sticks. Chop onion and mince garlic. Cook onion in oil over medium heat until soft, about 2 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for one more minute. Squeeze in the juice from the lemon. Stir in tomato sauce, Tabasco and salt. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove wing tips and cut wings in half at the joint. Heat oil for deep frying to 375oF. Cook wings in hot oil until brown, about 8 minutes. Toss wings in tomato mixture. 1990 PIZZA HUT BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS - Copycat recipe
Back in the day when I was in High School. I would literal go home and order Pizza Hut baked chicken wings. Not sure why they discontinue this item on their menu but I WANT IT BACK!!!! Here's a copycat recipe of it
HOT WINGS MARINATE
2Lbs (20-22 Pieces) Chicken wings
1/2 Tbls Salt
1/2 Cup Hot Sauce
1 Tsp Hot Chili Powder
1/2 Tbls Paprika
Direction: Wings, Spices in. Let it marinate for 3 hours ( I only did it for 10 minutes) Throw it into your airfryer at 200 C for 30 minutes. 15 minutes in shake the container to get even cooking coat

Buffalo Chicken Wings is a chicken dish very popular all over the world, where chicken wings is marinated with salt, pepper and calamansi juice, then dredged in a mix made with all purpose flour, corn starch, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and fried in oil. It is then added to a hot buffalo sauce made by butter, garlic, hot sauce, ketchup, brown sugar and soy sauce and cooked further to make tasty buffalo wings. With its savoury and spicy taste, this buffalo wings recipe would surely.

INGREDIENTS:
✔️1 kg. chicken wings
✔️1 tsp salt
✔️1 tsp black pepper
✔️1 tbsp. calamansi juice (or lemon juice)
BREADING
✔️1/2 cup all purpose flour
✔️1/2 cup cornstarch
✔️1 tsp. salt
✔️1 tsp. black pepper
✔️1 tsp garlic powder
✔️1 tsp. paprika
✔️1/2 tsp. baking powder
SAUCE
✔️3 tbsp. butter unsalted
✔️3 cloves garlic (minced)
✔️1/4 cup hot sauce (adjust as needed)
✔️1/4 cup ketchup
✔️1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
✔️1 tbsp. soy sauce (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Cut the joint between the drumette and wingette. Remove the tip (reserve for making chicken stock). Pat dry. Add salt, ground black pepper and calamansi juice. Mix well. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
Combine all the breading ingredient. Coat each wing with breading. Shake off excess.
Heat oil. Fry the breaded chicken wings in batches. do not overcrowd the pan to maintain the temperature of the oil for crispy chicken wings. Fry for 10 to 12 minutes (light brown).buffellow-chickens-step-3
After 10 minutes, remove from oil. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes. Double-fry it for well-cooked and crispy.
Set the heat to high. Then put the chicken back to the oil and fry until crispy and golden brown. Set aside while making the sauce.
FOR THE SAUCE. Melt butter and saute’ garlic. Then add ketchup, hot sauce, sugar and soy sauce. Mix well and cook until thick. Then toss the fried chicken wings until well coated.
