How To make Curried Chicken Rolls
1/2 medium onion
1 tablespoon margarine
3/4 cup rice
cooked
1/4 cup raisins
1 tablespoon fresh parsley :
chopped
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
pinch garlic powder 2 chicken breast halves without skin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon chicken base - Better Than Bouillon
1. To prepare onion, peel skin from onion; cut in half through the root. Reserve one half for another use. Place other hall, cut side down, on cutting board. To coarsely chop onion, hold knife horizontally Make cuts parallel to board, almost to root end. Next, make vertical, lengthwisecuts, then slice across cuts to root end. (The closer the cuts are spaced, the finer the onion is chopped.)
2. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat until foamy. Add onion; cook and stir about 3 minutes or until onion is soft. Remove from heat.
3. Stir rice, raisins, parsley, curry, brown sugar, poultry seasoning and garlic powder into skillet; mix well and set aside.
4. Flatten chicken breasts to 3/8-inch thickness. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5. Divide rice mixture evenly among chicken breasts; spread to within 1 inch of edges.
6. Roll up each chicken breast from short end, jelly-roll style; secure with wooden toothpicks, making sure filling is entirely enclosed.
7. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; add chicken rolls to skillet in single layer. Cook 15 minutes or until rolls are brown on all sides. Add wine and bouillon to skillet; carefully stir until granules are dissolved. Cover; simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender

Ingredients:
2-3 tbsp Oil
3 Onion, chopped
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Coriander seed powder
1 tsp Cumin seed powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
3/4 kg Chicken, marinated
Coriander leaves
1/2 tsp Butter
Chapati
2 Eggs
Frankie Masala
Butter
Green Chillies, chopped & soaked in vinegar
Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a vessel, add onion and saute them till they are nice and translucent.
Add ginger paste, garlic paste, saute it till the raw smell goes off.
Add coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and saute it for a minute.
Add marinated chicken, switch the flame to high and sear the chicken for 2 mins.
Reduce the flame, cover and cook it.
Add coriander, mix well and keep it aside.
Fry the chapati in butter.
In the same pan, add butter and pour egg and place the chapati on it.
Take it out on a plate, spread some onions, frankie masala, Green Chillies chopped & soaked in vinegar.
Put some chicken on one side and roll it.
Cover it with a foil and our frankie is ready.

For Stuffing:

200 gms Chicken (Minced)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper(Crushed)
1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
Salt
1 Packet Wonton Sheets
For Mixture:
Refined flour
Water
Method :
1. Take a bowl, add finely chopped onion, chopped garlic, minced chicken, crushed black pepper, chilli flakes, and salt; mix it properly for proper filling/stuffing.
2. Take wonton sheet and put filling into it, create a cylinder leaving half an inch gap on the sides.
3. With the help of the refined flour & water mixture, close the sides of the wonton sheet cylinder and roll it gently.
4. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the cigars till they are crispy and golden in color.
5. Remove the chicken cigars once they are ready. You can serve Chicken cigar with Mayo and schezwan sauce.

Chaat Masala
Grated Cheese
Method:-
1. Heat oil and saute the ginger-garlic paste in it.
2. Add chicken to this and saute for a minute.
3. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seed powder, coriander seed powder, salt and cook everything covered with a lid on a low flame.
4. Grind all the chutney ingredients in a mixer/grinder and keep the chutney aside.
5. Assemble the wraps as shown in the video and serve.
