Making burgers using ground buffalo meat and an oopsie roll for a delicious LCHF meal.
Here is my second NFL burger, inspired by Buffalo Bills. I figured, I had to figure out a version of Buffalo chicken wings for this one, and frankly the burger came out better than expected. My wing sauce is very simple to make, butter, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce. That's in.
The burger itself is a chicken patty, so as to not overpower the wing sauce. And I let the cooked burger literally soak in that sauce while it rests. Top with some seriously chunky blue cheese dress, some celery leaves and you're good to go.
A burger that'll help keep you warm during those cold Buffalo Bills Winter Tailgates.

How to Make Buffalo Blue Burgers - Cooking with Greggy
Greg's back with Second Helpings to show you how to make some bomb ass Buffalo sauce/blue cheese burgers.
BURGERS 1) Take about a pound/pound and a quarter of 80/20 ground beef and mix it in a bowl with your choice of seasoning. I say you use Joe Beef steak seasoning and worcester sauce. Mix it good. 2) Get a handful of beef, and pound them from the center out. You want a divot in there. 3) Put a cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Toss a hunk of butter in there. Toss the Burgers in there. 4) Cook them until their done through. I dunno. Five minutes a side? Pay attention to them and try not to flip them more than once. 5) They’re done.
SAUCE 1) Take a big ol’ hunk of blue cheese and put it in the bowl. 2) Dump some Frank’s Red Hot in there. 3) Mix it up. 4) Taste it. You like it? If not, add more sauce or cheese and mix it up. Like it? You’re done.
Toast your buns, put the burger on the bun, and top with the sauce. Enjoy!
