No Eggs, No Chocolate, Amazing Brownie Recipe
[ingredients] 20 cm x 20 cm pan (8 inch x 8 inch)
115 g(1/2 cup) melted unsalted butter
13 g (1 Tbsp) cooking oil (ex. Canola Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Corn Oil...)
150 g(3/4 cup) granulated sugar (* see below note)
80 g (1/3 cup) milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
90 g (3/4 cup) all purpose flour
55 g (1/2 cup) cocoa powder (unsweetened)
3 g(3/4 tsp) baking powder
1/5 tsp salt
80 g(1/2 cup) chopped walnuts (optional)
[Note]
Sugar Option 1) Sugar 200 g ( 1 cup)
A more crust forms on top, and it's chewier. But it will be very sweet.
Sugar Option 2) Sugar 100 g ~ 120 g (1/2 cup ~ 3/5 cup)
Choose this option if you want something less sweet.
[How to bake]
Bake in an oven preheated to 340°F (170°C) for about 22-24 minutes.Times may vary.)
If you want fudge brownies, bake them shorter than the suggested time (within about 20 minutes).

-Nurpur butter unsalted 200g
-Dark chocolate semi sweetened chopped 200g
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
-Cocoa powder ¼ Cup
-Instant coffee 2 tsp
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup
-Brown sugar ½ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 5 (room temperature)
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Dark chocolate semi sweetened chunks 100g or as required
Directions:
-On a double boiler,add dark chocolate,butter & mix well until chocolate melts.
-Add salt,cocoa powder,instant coffee,vanilla essence & whisk until well combined.
-Let it cool.
-In a bowl,add caster sugar,brown sugar,eggs & whisk well.
-Add chocolate mixture & whisk until well combined.
-On a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,sift well & fold until well combined.
-Grease 9 x 9-inch baking pan with butter,line it with butter paper & again grease with butter.
-Pour brownie batter & tap few times.
-Add dark chocolate & bake it in preheated oven at 180C for 15 minutes.
-Take out from oven,tap few times & bake again for 10 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Let it cool.
-Cut into pieces & serve!

-Namak,cocoa powder,instant coffee & vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Bowl mein bareek cheeni,brown sugar aur anday dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chocolate mixture dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Bowl per sifter rakh dein,maida dal ker sift ker lein & ache tarhan fold ker lein.
-9 x 9-inch baking pan ko makhan sa grease ker lein,butter paper laga lein aur us ko bhi makhan sa grease ker lein.
-Brownie batter dal ker few times tap karein.
-Dark chocolate dal dein aur preheated oven mein 180C per 15 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Oven sa nikal ker few times tap karein aur dubara 10 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!

when you find the shortcut to brownies- NO-BAKE brownies ????
Base layer:
1 ¼ cup almond flour
½ cup monk fruit maple sweetener
½ cup cocoa powder
1 ½ cup raw walnuts
¼ tsp salt
Top layer:
1 cup chocolate chips
2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Combine all ingredients for the base in a food processor until it all clumps together and it mixed well, then press dough into a 7” square baking dish lined with parchment paper and chill in the fridge for about an hour (you can put it in the freezer to speed up the process!). Make the top layer by melting the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for about 1 minute or until it all melts together, then stir until smooth and pour over the base layer. Chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes, then slice, and serve (I topped mine with sea salt flakes and it doesn’t disappoint!).

Ingredients:
1 egg
▢1/2 cup granulated sugar
▢1/4 tsp salt
▢1/2 tsp vanilla
▢1/4 cup butter melted
▢1/3 cup all purpose flour
▢1/4 cup cocoa powder
Frosting
▢1/2 cup powdered sugar
▢1 Tbsp butter softened
▢1 Tbsp cocoa powder
▢2-3 tsp milk or whipping cream
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with non stick baking spray or line with a piece of parchment paper.
Mix together brownie ingredients and spoon into pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from the pan and allow to cool completely.
While cooling, prepare frosting by combining softened butter, cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
Add in enough milk or whipping cream to get a nice consistency, add in one tsp at a time.
Once brownies have cooled, frost and enjoy!

3/4 cup cooking oil or melted butter
3/4 or 1 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup + 2 1/2 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 8×8 square baking pan, or line it with parchment paper.
2. Mix together the oil, sugar and vanilla extract.
3. Add eggs and mix until well combined.
4. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
5. Slowly add to the egg mixture until well combined.
6. Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.
