4 oz Sweet Chocolate
5 tb Butter
3 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 c Sugar
3 Eggs
1 tb Flour
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Baking Powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Flour
1/2 c Nuts,chopped
1. Melt the chocolate and 3 tablespoons butter in a
microwave or over very low heat, in a saucepan ,stirring constantly. 2. Blend reminding butter with cheese until softened. 3. Gradually add 1/4 cup of the sugar, beating well. 4. Blend in one egg, 1 tablespoon flour and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Set aside. 5. Beat reminding 2 eggs until creamy and thick and light in color. 6 Gradually beat in remaining 3/4 cup sugar, beating until thickend. 7. Add baking powder, salt and 1/2 cup flour. 8. Blend in cooled chocolate mixture, nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla. 9. Spread half of the chocolate batter in greased 8 or
9" pan. 10. Add cheese mixture, spread out evenly. 11.
Top with tablespoon fulls of remaining chocolate batter. 12. Zigzag a spatula through batter to marble it. 13. Bake in 350 f oven for 35-40 minutes, or until top springs back when lightly pressed in center. 14. Cool, cut into squares. Typed by Brigitte sealing

Hi..Kali ini say buat Cream Cheese Brownies yang memadukan antara brownies dengan cheese cake diatasnya. Hasilnya enak banget, recomended banget buat dicoba bikin. Bikinnya ngga susah, cuma diaduk-aduk aja, pasti jadi????????

Note:
Motif marble yang saya buat masih berantakan akibat adonan browniesnya keburu mengeras selagi nunggu buat adonan kejunya (disini lagi winter). Kalau adonan browniesnya mengeras, bisa dicampur air panas sedikit lalu diaduk aduk. Supaya adonan agak kental biar gampang di buat motif????

Loyang ukuran 20x20cm, panggang suhu 180C selama 30-35menit

Bahan-bahan:
Brownies
2 butir telur
200gr dark cooking chocolate
120gr tepung terigu serba guna (protein sedang)
120gr mentega tawar
120gr gula (pakai brown sugar atau raw sugar. Kalau ngga ada bisa pakai gula pasir biasa)
1 sdm bubuk coklat
1/2 sdt baking powder
1/2 sdt vanili bubuk
1/4 sdt garam

250gr cream cheese
50gr gula
1 butir telur
1/2 sdt vanili bubuk

For brownies:
- butter 150 gr;
- dark chocolate 200 g;
- sugar 130 g;
- eggs 3 pieces;
- espresso 50 ml;
- vanilla;
- cocoa powder 25-30 g;
- flour 130 gr;
- baking powder 5 gr;
- a pinch of salt.
For cheesecake:
- cream cheese 350-400 gr;
- sugar 70 g;
- egg 1 piece;
- vanilla if desired.
