Peppermint Kiss Brownie Cups
For the full recipe: Ingredients 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 2 large eggs 1/2 cup melted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup chocolate chips 12 chocolate peppermint kisses INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with cupcake liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder. Add in eggs, melted butter and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips and divide the brownie batter between the prepared muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and place one chocolate kiss on top of each brownie cup. Let cool completely.

1 Minute Brownies recipe ( Microwave Brownie):
- 20 g (1 ½ tbsp) Butter - 30 g ( 1 ounce )Dark Chocolate 70% Cocoa ( Please use GOOD quality chocolate, DON'T use chocolate chips as they contain sugar ). - 30 g ( 2 tbsp) Sugar - 20 g ( 1½ tbsp) Room temp Milk ( Don't use cold milk ) - 45 g ( 4½ tbsp) All purpose flour - Pinch of Salt - Chocolate Chunks
The container I used is 10x10 cm( 4x4 inch) . You can also use a wide mug or tea cup.
PLEASE READ: Every microwave is different. The cook time in your microwave could be anywhere between 1 minute and 1 minute and 15 seconds. Check the brownie after 1 minute. DO NOT over bake. Once it comes out of the oven you have 2 options: You can either enjoy it right away with a spoon or allow the brownie to cool 15-20 minutes to allow it to set. Please be precise and use the exact amounts in the recipe.

BROWNIE BITES: 300g Dark Compound OR Cooking Chocolate 200g Unsalted Butter 200g Plain Flour 50g Cocoa Powder 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder 300g Brown Sugar 4 Large Eggs 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
TRUFFLE GANACHE KISSES: (You may need two batches depending on the size of your kisses!)
200g Dark or Milk Chocolate - Use a chocolate you enjoy eating 100g Cream - any cream

Brownie Kisses
Ingredients: 2 packages (4 0z. each) of Baker’s German Sweet Chocolate 1 tablespoon butter 2 eggs at room temperature ¾ cup sugar ¼ cup flour ¼ teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon salt ¾ cup chopped pecans ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Melt chocolate and butter over hot water. Remove from heat, let cool to room temperature 2. Beat eggs until foamy. Add vanilla and then add sugar two tablespoons at a time, beating constantly until mixture is very thick (about 5 minutes). 3. Add cooled chocolate and beat 1 minute, or until it is incorporated into the egg mixture. 4. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together and add to chocolate mixture. Beat just until everything is mixed together. 5. Stir in pecans. 6. Drop onto greased cookie sheets by teaspoonful. 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 11-12 minutes. 8. Remove cookies at once from pan and let cool completely on a rack. 9. Store in airtight container.
