• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1️⃣ 00:00:34 - Preheat oven to 350°. Line a large baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Set aside.
2️⃣ 00:00:42 - In the bowl of a stand mixer or in a large bowl with a hand mixer, beat the peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together on high until creamy and smooth, 2-3 minutes. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until combined.
3️⃣ 00:01:21 - Using a heaping tablespoon, spoon the dough and roll into 1¼-inch balls. Place on prepared cookie sheet and place approximately 2-3 inches apart.
4️⃣ 00:01:50 - Bake in the preheated 350 degree oven for about 8 minutes.
5️⃣ 00:02:04 - Within 1-2 minutes of removing cookies from oven, gently press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.

Hershey Kiss Cookies
These Hershey Kiss Cookies are made with a shortbread cookie base and topped with a Hershey Kiss. They are made without any peanut butter.

►INGREDIENTS:
46 chocolate Hershey kisses
½ cup salted butter, room temperature (1 stick)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
OPTIONAL
¼ cup granulated sugar to roll balls in before cooking

►DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. Unwrap all 46 chocolate kisses and place them on a plate. Put them in the refrigerator until you're ready to use.
3. In a large mixing bowl, mix with a hand mixer butter, sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla extract together. Mix until they are all combined.
4. In a separate medium mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until all combined.
5. Add half of the flour mixture mix and when there is no more loose flour, add the remaining half of flour to the mixture.
6. Using a small cookie scoop (or spoon) scoop the dough into a ball then roll each ball into the granulated sugar, if using. Place each completed cookie dough ball on the baking sheet.
7. Cook each batch of cookies for 9 to 10 minutes, until the edges are nice and golden. Remove them from the oven.
8. Remove the Hershey kisses from the fridge and place 1 kiss in the middle of each cookie and gently press down.
9. Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack and enjoy immediately or store once completely cooled.

INGREDIENTS
1 batch No Spread Sugar Cookies try our No Spread Sugar Cookies recipe or 1 roll of refrigerated sugar cookie dough
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup coarse sanding sugar
26 Hershey’s milk chocolate kisses
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to thoroughly mix the sugar cookie dough and the cocoa powder.
Cover dough with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about one hour.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Use a cookie scoop to form even balls of dough. Roll the balls in the palm of your hands to form a smooth cookie.
Roll each cookie dough ball in a shallow bowl filled with the coarse sugar until completely coated.
Place the balls 1½ inches apart on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten the top of the cookies just a bit with the palm of your hand to help them spread evenly.
Bake for 8 to 9 minutes or until the cookies are puffy and the dough no longer looks wet.
Remove cookie sheet from the oven. Press a chocolate kiss gently into the top of each warm cookie and allow cookies to cool for a couple minutes before carefully transferring to a cooling rack to cool the rest of the way.
