How To make Brother Dave's Chili
3 Lb Stew meat*
1 Tb Corn oil
if needed
Black pepper to taste 1/2 C Chili powder
1 Tb Salt
3 Bell peppers :
chopped
2 Large onions chopped
2 Ts Ground comino and seeds
2 Ts Paprika
2 Ts Cayenne pepper
2 Ts Oregano
2 C Chickenstock :
or your choice
1 12 Oz Can tomato sauce
6 Whole tomatos sliced up
1/2 C Masa harina
1 48 Oz Can v8
1 Tb Dried red peppers**
Jalapenos -- to taste 1 Dash pehchaud's bitters
1 Pinch nutmeg
3-6 ea large cloves garlic; chopped 2-3 ea magnolia
leaves; minced *Or chuck roast coarse chopped (lose the **Santa Fe variety works here Brown the meat, work in the spices, onions, and peppers. Simmer about 30 minutes or until it looks good. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, broth and simmer several hours until it looks good. Add the Masa to thicken the mix and when it's ready, add the Peychaud's and nutmeg to set it off. You'll know it's ready when you can't identify anything in the pot. (Get rid of those bay leaf stems) This really goes good with cornbread, but what doesn't? DWR

Fairly Hot Chili sauce test - Dave's Gourmet 'Temporary Insanity'
Again I went for a wonder to the shops, found the chili sauce and thought... why not?
It is a very hot!! For 30 mins after my stomach and chest were still burning (in a nice way) I wouldn't try a spoon full without eating first!! It was an instant hit in the face, burning throat and the whole mouth, an over-all nice combination of burns and heat, worth it and it would be great on steak... mmmm =)

Daves Chilli
steak pieces 1 Lb, or ground beef 1 Lb
2 medium yellow onions diced
1 Tbsp of butter
1 15oz can of beef broth
1 10oz can of diced tomatoes w/ green chillis
1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
2 Tbsp of tomato paste
1 15 oz can of kidney beans
2 cups of water
2 beef bullion cubes
1 medium green bell pepper diced
1/3 cup of red peppers
1/2 cup of mushrooms
1 cup of cheddar cheese (topping)
reserve 1 cup of diced onions for the topping
Spices:
1 cinnamon stick
1 Tbsp of minced garlic
2 oz of chilli powder
1 oz of maze flour (thickener)
1 Tsp of
mexican oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, Cracked black powder, ground black powder, crushed red pepper, paprika
2 Tsp of Kosher salt, and ground cumin

I have been working on this video for like two years, I think about Mr. Delicious at least once a week. He sells aluminum siding, but also goes to Bora Bora with...sex workers? Maybe? He's on his second marriage. He spends too much time at a bar called The Rusty Anchor. He is both effete and signals that he is wealthy while also being working-class? He also likes to read ROMANCE NOVELS WHILE EATING RAX?! So I guess that's what in the suitcase???
