-tough outer layers peeled o 1 1/2 tb Lemon juice; fresh-squeezed
1/4 ts Ground cumin
1/8 ts Garlic powder
1/2 Tomato; diced
1 Scallion; sliced
1 Green chili pepper; canned,
Recipe by: The New McDougall Cookbook In a food processor, blend the broccoli stems withthe lemon juice, cumin, and garlic powder until completely smooth. Ingredients
3 avocados
1 lime
1 tsp salt
1/2 onion
1/2 bunch cilantro
2 tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 pinch chili pepper
Mash the avocado, mix with salt and lime juice, add chopped onion, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro and a pinch of chili pepper. Mix everything well and enjoy!

Learn how to make the best guacamole! This recipe is so easy to make, only 6 ingredients, and few minutes of work and have fresh, creamy and delicious authentic guacamole. Serve it as a dip with some tortilla chips.

Ingredients:
3 medium avocados, ripe
1 Tomato, cored and chopped (optional)
1 green chili or jalapeño, finely chopped
1/2 small red/while onion, finely chopped
2-3 tablespoons Cilantro, finely chopped
1 small Lemon/lime, juiced
Salt to taste
Directions:
1. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit and skin and place in a mixing bowl.
2. Add lime/lemon juice, mash the avocado with a fork or with a potato masher and make it as chunky or smooth as you like. Add chopped chili/ jalapeño, chopped onion, chopped cilantro, chopped tomato and salt. Stir until well combined.
3. Taste and season with extra salt or lemon juice.
4. Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes:
• How to store Guacamole: cover the bowl with plastic wrap, so the plastic wrap will touch the entire top layer of the guacamole and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
• Optional additions: crushed garlic, cayenne pepper, cumin.
