BROCCOLI QUICHE RECIPE
Welcome to STUDENT MEALZ! How to make a broccoli and fish quiche? Well today we're going to tell you just that ;p
== INGREDIENTS ==
- 1 precooked broccoli
- 1 filet of fish
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 100 grams of shredded mozarella
- 200 ml of light cream
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 onion cut into cubes
- paprika powder
- garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
== RECIPE ==
1) Put the puff pastry in the caketin
2) Cover it with some aluminum foil (shiny side down)
3) Put some weight on it by adding rice or dry beans on top
4) Bake it for about 15 min at 200°C
5) In the meanwhile cut the fish up into cubes
6) Season it with some garlic, paprika powder, salt and pepper
7) Take the puff pastry out, remove the rice and the aluminum foil
8) Put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes
9) Let's prepare the filling
10) Take a bowl and break your eggs in there
11) Season it with some salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika powder
12) Give it a whisk
13) Add the cream and give it a whisk
14) Add the cheese and whisk it up
15) Let's fry the fish in a pan with some olive oil
16) First add the onions and let them sweat for a minute or two
17) Add the fish and let it fry until done
18) Take the bowl with the egg mixture and add the broccoli and the fish
19) Give it a gentle stir
20) Take the puff pastry and fill it up with the mixture.
21) Put everything in the oven at 200°C for about 40 min or so
(But every oven is different, so make sure to check if it's all firm and done, if not but it back until it's golden brown and firm)

Welcome to our channel, today we will be showing you how to make the classic quiche tart recipe.
Filled with green winter vegetables. The homemade crust is very crunchy and buttery. And it paired so nicely with the creamy filling.
ENJOY
For this recipe, you will need a 28 cm loose-bottom tart tin and some baking rice or beans.
For the Pastry
250 gr Flour
150 gr Cold Unsalted Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Cold Water
Bake for 15 mins with baking rice
Bake for 10 mins more without baking rice
For the Filling,
Leek
Asparagus
Broccoli
Zucchini
4 Eggs
250 ml Heavy Cream
Grated Mozzarella
Salt and Black Pepper
Bake for 30 mins at 170C

REZEPT UND ZUTATEN:
1 Brokkoli.
Wasser. Essig.
10 Minuten einwirken lassen.
1 Zwiebel.
Butter 2 Esslöffel.
2 Karotten.
Bei schwacher Hitze 2-3 Minuten garen.
1 Paprika.
Salz. Schwarzer Pfeffer.
10 Minuten ohne Deckel garen.
Basilikum 1/2 Teelöffel.
2 Knoblauch.
4 Eier.
Salz. Schwarzer Pfeffer.
Sahne 1 Tasse / 200 ml.
Parmesan 100 gr. / 1 Tasse.
Fügen Sie der Eimischung etwas Parmesankäse hinzu.
Basilikum 1/2 Teelöffel.
Roter Paprika 1/2 Teelöffel.
Käse Parmesan.
Im Backofen bei 200°C (400°F) 40 Minuten backen.
Mayonnaise 1 Esslöffel.
Griechischer Joghurt/Sauerrahm 2 EL.
3 Gurken.
Dill.
2 Knoblauch.
Gut mischen.

Broccoli Ricotta Quiche
Sauté:
One head of broccoli chopped
one small chopped onion
salt and pepper
Dash of nutmeg
Olive oil
Let cool
Mix one container of ricotta with four cloves of roasted garlic
Beat 10 eggs and a splash of cream
Make your pie crust and put into your pan. I think that Matty Matheson has one of the best pie crust recipes on the planet.
Put all of your ingredients into your pan. Bake at 350 for about an hour. It’s usually done when the center rises and it’s firm to touch. Let cool before cutting. Enjoy!

Easy, low fat, low sodium, high in fibre and high protein too! Best of all its absolutely delicious!!! Of course!!! Versatile or make it like I do!! But if you change it please account for the nutritional information and smart points!
Preheat your oven to 350 degree's and bake for 45 Minutes or so . It Should look solid!
Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper or a 9x13 pyrex dish.
INGREDIENTS :
1. 5 or more extra large or large egg or add an extra egg if using large
2. 1/3 cup of low fat Kraft mozzarella cheese or any kind 3sp
3. 4 or less cups of cooked broccoli or thawed frozen
4. 250 GMs of chicken strips are optional or other proteins!
5. 2tbs of shredded Zerto 1sp Romano Cheese (optional or add fresh parmasean)
6. 1 large vidalia onion optional or any kind
7. 1/3 cup or more cremini or any mushrooms also optional or add any veggies you want
8. Salt and pepper to taste
9. 1tsp Worcester sauce
10. 1tsp Frank's Hot sauce optional
11. 1 tsp each of Onion (I forgot it but I usually add it to everything) and garlic powder
12. 1/3 cup or more choice of low fat milk
Directions:.
If you haven't already boil up your broccoli drain and cool or thaw if frozen.
In a large skillet spray well with choice of cooking spray to a medium to high temperature stove top.
Add chopped onions and sauté until carmalized
Add mushrooms or other vegetables if you want
Set aside once cooked and allow to cool
In a large bowl add eggs, milk, cheeses, broccoli, chicken or choice of protein is optional spices
Then add onion mixture
Mix well
Add to cookie sheet or choice of dish
BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES!
SHOULD LOOK SOLID BEFORE TAKING IT OUT!
EAT IMMEDIATELY WITH A SALAD, FRUIT, YOGURT, CHOICE OF BREAD!
STORE UP TO FIVE DAYS IN YOUR FRIDGE IN A SEALED CONTAINER!
