Broccoli and cheese is one of my favorite quiche combinations! This low-carb Crustless Broccoli Cheddar Quiche is light and delicious, perfect for breakfast or brunch (or even a light dinner)!

On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m showing you how to make an easy broccoli quiche recipe.
Easy Broccoli Quiche Recipe
Course: Main Dish
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20-25 minutes
Servings : 4
INGREDIENTS
► 4 cups broccoli (chopped)
► 6 eggs
► 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
► 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
► 1/4 tsp nutmeg
► 1 1/2 cups canned coconut milk
► 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pre-heat the oven to 425F.
2. Add inch of water to the bottom of a steamer pot, then add the steamer basket and lid on top, and boil the water over high heat.
3. Once the water is boiling, add 4 cups of chopped broccoli to the steamer basket, place the lid on top, steam for 4-5 minutes, then remove the steamer pot from the heat.
4. Crack 6 eggs in a mixing bowl, then whisk together.
5. Add 1/4 tsp of black pepper, 1/4 tsp of sea salt, 1/4 tsp of nutmeg, and 1 1/2 cups of canned coconut milk to the mixing bowl, then whisk it all togther.
6. Over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp of coconut oil in an oven-safe pan, ensuring the coconut oil covers the entire surface of the pan.
7. Add the egg mixture to the pan, turn off the heat, then top with the steamed broccoli.
8. Add the oven-safe pan to the pre-heated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mixture sets in the middle.
9. Remove the pan from the oven, slide the broccoli quiche onto a cutting board, then cut into 4 pieces, and add it to a plate.

Use this basic quiche recipe as the base for all of your baked egg creations! Filled with fluffy eggs, melty cheese, and featuring plenty of mix and match add-ons, you can’t go wrong. What will you put in yours?

✅Ingredients
Pie Crust
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup vegetable shortening
• 1/4 cup ice water
Quiche Recipe
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 cup shredded cheese gruyere, mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, or feta
• 1 1/2 cups add-ins
Add-Ins (mix and match)
• 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
• 3/4 cup diced ham
• 3/4 cup cooked ground sausage
• 1 cup chopped frozen spinach thawed and drained
• 1 cup frozen broccoli thawed and drained
• 1 cup steamed asparagus cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1 cup sautéed sliced mushrooms
• 1/2 cup sautéed shallot or onion
✅Instructions
Pie Crust:
1️⃣ In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, and salt. Slice the butter and shortening into small cubes. Use a pastry cutter to cut the butter and shortening into the flour, rocking the pastry cutter back and forth, until the mixture is the texture of a coarse meal or sand.
2️⃣ Slowly pour cold water into the flour mixture (about 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring between additions, until just mixed together. Do not overwork. Use your hands to gently press the dough into a ball. Flatten into a 2-inch disc. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before rolling.
3️⃣ Unwrap chilled dough and transfer to a lightly floured surface. Use a rolling pin to roll out into a large 12-inch circle, rolling from the center each time to keep the thickness even. Gently transfer crust to an un-greased pie plate, allowing the crust to hang over the edges of the pie plate. Roll and pinch or crimp the edges of your crust. Use a fork to prick holes into the bottom of the crust. Place parchment paper on top of the pie crust to create a bowl. Fill with pie weights or dried, uncooked beans. This will prevent the pie crust from sliding or bubbling. Bake in a 400 degree F oven for 10 minutes to par bake. Remove from oven and let sit until ready to fill.
Quiche Recipe:
1️⃣ In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper until well combined. Stir in desired cheese.
2️⃣ Place prepared add-ins into the bottom of the par-baked pie crust. Pour egg mixture over the top.
3️⃣ Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes until center is set.

MY TWO FAVORITE VEGETABLE QUICHE/SPINACH AND ONIONS BROCCOLI AND CHEESE /BIG COUNTRY BREAKFAST
This super easy Quiche Recipe is so delicious and simple to make. Quiche is one of my favorites because its so versatile. It works just as well for breakfast as it does for dinner! Feel free to be creative and switch it up with your favorite cheeses, vegetables, or meats to make it perfect suit your taste!
THIS RECIPE IS FOR TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF QUICHE
Ingredients:(BROCCOLI AND CHEESE QUICHE)
1 pie crust par baked 3 minutes
4 large eggs
2 cup half and half or heavy cream
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 cup cooked broccoli chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Ingredients(SPINACH AN ONION QUICHE)
1 pie crust par baked 3 minutes
4 large eggs
2 cup half and half or heavy cream
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked spinach chopped
1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
1/2 cup Gruyere cheese shredded
1/2 cup chopped onions sauteed
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
3. Once the pie crust is thawed, pierce the bottom with a fork then sprinkle the spinach,onions, and 1 cup of the Swiss and Gruyere cheese mix into the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top
4. Bake for 25 minutes covered then cover with aluminum foil for the remaining 10 minutes if the crust starts to brown too much.
5. Once the center is completely set, let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
