How To make Broccoli Pie
2 c Broccoli florets
1/2 c Scallions
sliced
2 Garlic cloves :
minced
2 tb Oil
2 tb Unbleached all-purpose flour
1 t Dried oregano
1 (9") pie crust
1 pk (10.5 oz) soft silken tofu
-drained 1/4 c Lemon juice
1/4 c Tahini
1/4 c Nutritional yeast
2 tb Soy sauce
1/3 c Wheat germ
pn Paprika
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Saute broccoli, scallions, and garlic in oil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, sprinkle with flour and oregano and toss to coat vegetables. Spread over bottom of pie crust. Place tofu, lemon juice, tahini, nutritional yeast and soy sauce in food processor and puree. Pour over vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with what germ and paprika. Bake until center is set, about 40 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Impossibly Easy Chicken and Broccoli Pie

1(9 oz)frozen broccoli cuts, thawed, drained (or 1 1/2 cup cooked brocoli)
1 1/2cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2cups cut-up cooked chicken
1medium onion, chopped (2/3 cup)
3/4cup Original Bisquick® mix
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2teaspoon salt
1/4teaspoon pepper
3eggs
1.Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Sprinkle broccoli, the cheese, the chicken and onion in pie plate.
2.In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.
3.Bake 35 to 38 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 35 to 40 minutes.

Ingredients and recipe:
250g broccoli
Hot water
Soak for 5 minutes
Drain the water after 5 minutes
Chop the broccoli into small pieces
Add to a bowl
3 eggs
Salt
Black pepper
Whisk the eggs with a fork
Pour on the broccoli
20g green onion
Chop
Add to the broccoli
Dice 1/2 onion
20g mozzarella cheese (optional)
Salt & black pepper
Mix well
Medium heat
olive oil
Pour into the frying pan
Spread evenly
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Flip over with a plate
Fry for another 2 minutes
Add some olive oil
Done!

BROCCOLI CHEESE PIE
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
2 packages (10 oz each) of frozen broccoli
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup chopped onion
1 1/3 cup whole milk
3 eggs
3/4 up Bisquick baking mix
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Grease 10.5 inch pie plate.
Rinse broccoli under cold water to thaw, and then dry thoroughly.
Mix broccoli, 2 cups of cheese and onions in pie plate.
In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper until smooth.
Pour this mixture over broccoli in pie plate.
Bake for 25-35 minutes, until knife inserted in the middle of the pie comes out clean.
Top with 1 cup of remaining cheese, and any type favorite garnish. Here I used diced tomatoes.
Heat for a couple minutes just until the cheese melts.
Remove from oven, let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
This dish goes great with a side of fruit salad!
