1 c Frozen Broccoli,chopped
1 tb Minced Basil or Dill
1 c Eggsubstitute or
8 Eggwhites
1/2 c Low-fat Cottage Cheese
1. In a large frying pan, with heatproof handle, heat the oil over medium
heat. 2. Saute the onions in the oil for 5 minutes, or until soft. 3. Add the brocoli and herbs, saute for a few minutes. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and cottage cheese. Pour over broccoli in pan. Stir a few times to blend. Cook for 3-5 minutes. 5. Transfer to the oven and bake at 375 F until the eggs are set, about 15 minutes. Out of "Lose Weight

We prepare all the necessary ingredients. We disassemble fresh broccoli into inflorescences. Blanch in boiling water for no more than 3 minutes and immediately dip into cold water.
In a baking dish, greased with oil, spread the broccoli.
Next, mix the eggs with salt and milk. There is absolutely no need to whip, there is no need for this.
Pour the broccoli with the cooked egg mixture.
Bake in the oven for 60 minutes at 180 ° C.
Cut into portions and serve.

Hot water

1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2.Steam the broccoli for 5 minutes until crisp and tender.
3.In a bowl whisk egg, milk,salt, pepper and cheese.
4.Heat Butter in a 5 inch cast iron skillet over medium heat .
5.Add onion cook for 1 minute then add broccoli cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
6.Turn off the heat and pour the egg mixture .
7.Put the pan in the oven for about 10 to 13 minutes.
