How To make Broccoli Omelet
1 tb Oliveoil
1/2 Onion, chopped finely
1 c Frozen Broccoli,chopped
1 tb Minced Basil or Dill
1 c Eggsubstitute or
8 Eggwhites
1/2 c Low-fat Cottage Cheese
1. In a large frying pan, with heatproof handle, heat the oil over medium
heat. 2. Saute the onions in the oil for 5 minutes, or until soft. 3. Add the brocoli and herbs, saute for a few minutes. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and cottage cheese. Pour over broccoli in pan. Stir a few times to blend. Cook for 3-5 minutes. 5. Transfer to the oven and bake at 375 F until the eggs are set, about 15 minutes. Out of "Lose Weight

broccoli, chili flakes, mushrooms, salt, vegetable oil, whisked egg
*Recipe*
Slice the mushrooms.
Whisk the eggs in a small bowl.
Separately, heat a skillet, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and begin cooking the whisked eggs.
Cook them until the omelet reaches the consistency desired (preferably 1-2 minutes).
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the broccoli for 2 minutes.
In another skillet, add the remaining oil and add your mushrooms. Season with salt and add the boiled broccoli.
Let them cook for another 30 seconds. Add them on top of the omelet and sprinkle with some chili flakes.

Hey y'all! Welcome to Pan and Patio. Today, we're making a Broccoli Omelette, made using broccoli that we have grown in our vegetable garden. It's a simple and tasty. So give it a go! Also support us by subscribing to our YouTube Channel Pan and Patio.
Ingredients :
Eggs - 3 nos
Salt - As much needed
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Shallots (Onion) - in small pieces
Diced tomatoes
Green Chilli
Curry Leaves
How to cook :-
Step 1 - Break 3 eggs and beat them up with salt and pepper. Set them aside.
Step 2 - Sauté the chopped onions, diced tomatoes, green chilli and curry leaves with little oil.
Step 3 - Add the sautéed vegetables to the egg mixture and mix them up.
Step 4 - Make the egg mixture into 3 batches. Now pour the first batch into a hot pan.
Step 5 - When they are almost cooked, roll the omlette slowly in the pan, and place then on one side of the pan.
Step 6 - Now add the second batch to the other side of the pan. When they are almost cooked, roll the omlette with the previously rolled one by placing the first rolled omlette on the edge of the second one and rolling them into one.
Step 7 - Repeat the same thing for the third batch.

Broccoli Veggie Omelet (Air Fryer Recipe)
Quick way to get some more vegetables in. Chopped frozen broccoli is a cheap go to vegetable. Easy clean up making the omelet in the air fryer instead of a pan. Only took about 10 minutes of cooking time. Not as good as in a frying pan but works well if your lazy.
