Today I'm going to show you how to make breakfast pizza in air-fryer.
This air-fryer pizza is a quick pizza you can make in only 10 minutes.
It's packed with nutrition, comes with 8.1g protein per slice, so it's a great breakfast option.

BREAKFAST PIZZA RECIPE
(makes 4 slices)
Ingredients:
Dough:
1/3 cup ground oats (oat flour) (35g)
1/3 cup spelt flour (40g)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup Greek yogurt (80g)
Toppings:
2 tsp cream cheese
1 egg
couple of slices chorizo (30g)
1/2 cup grated mozzarella (60g)
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per slice):
141 calories, fat 5.3g, carb 15.5g, protein 8.1g
Preparation:
Preheat your air-fryer at 400F (200C) until you make the dough.
In a bowl, mix together ground oats, spelt flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
Add the Greek yogurt and using a fork mix until the dough starts to form.
Tranfer the dough on a piece of parchment paper and press gently until the ball is formed.
Roll out the dough in the shape of your air-fryer basket.
Brush your pizza crust with olive oil, cut the excess parchment paper and pre-bake the crust for 3 minutes, then flip over and air-fry for another 2 minutes.
Spread the toppings, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top and cook for 4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Transfer to a cutting board and slice in quarters.

Hey, it’s @ChiliPepperCooks. I’m back at @nestleusa test kitchen and I just took their @DiGiorno Croissant Crust Pizza to the next level. DiGiorno's Croissant Crust is the first of its kind! Its flaky crust is the perfect vessel for flavor-packed toppings. This (unexpected) breakfast-style pizza is sure to be a touchdown at your next tailgate. It's got all your favorite breakfast items in every bite!
Ingredients:
DiGiorno Croissant Crust Cheese Pizza
Beef Chorizo
Turkey Bacon
Onions
Green Peppers
4 Eggs
Salt
Cilantro
Thai Chili Pepper
Fresh-cracked Black Pepper
Hot Honey
Steps:
Cook your pizza!
Brown the beef chorizo, the cook your bacon.
In the same pan, sauté onions and green peppers.
Crack 4 eggs into the vegetable mix, scramble together, and fully cook them. Add some salt to taste.
To finish the breakfast pizza, layer eggs on top of fully-cooked DiGiorno pizza, then top with chorizo and chopped turkey bacon! Add chopped cilantro for fresh flavor, don't forget the Thai chili and pepper, and finish with hot honey on the crust!
