Almonds form the base of various drinks which are supposed to have cooling properties. Almond sherbet or sherbet-e-badaam, is a popular summer drink. To make this smoothie, you will need:
- 3 bananas - 100ml cup of fresh milk - 1 teaspoons of honey - 3 teaspoon of syrup (optional)
