Claypot Chicken
I didn’t realize just how easy Claypot Chicken is to make until I attended The Slanted Door Pop-Up at Williams Sonoma. It’s delicious and very straightforward to prepare.

INGREDIENTS:
For Claypot Chicken Sauce
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
1 cup Son fish sauce
1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
2 Tbs dark soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbs fresh lemon juice

For the chicken
2 Tbs canola or vegetable oil
1 oz thinly sliced shallot sliced lengthwise
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 oz fresh ginger julienned
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into rough 1” cubes
2 Thai chiles stemmed and halved, cut lengthwise
1/2 cup claypot sauce
Freshly cracked black pepper
Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
Spicy Braised Chicken | Best Chicken Drumsticks Recipes
Braised Chicken Drumsticks - spicy-sweet flavors. That's so delicious, let's go to the kitchen and learn how to delicious braised chicken drumsticks for tonight.
Ingredients :
● 800 g, Chicken (Drumsticks)
● 100 g, Palm Sugar
● 2 bulbs, Garlic
● 5 tbsp, Light Soy Sauce
● 1 tbsp, Dark Soy Sauce
● 1 tbsp, Black Pepper Seeds
● 4 leaves, Bay Leaf
● 8 Dried Red Chili Peppers
● 2 tbsp, Rice Cooking Wine
● Salt to taste
● 600 ml, Water
● Cooking Oil.
Method :
1. Peel the skin's garlic, then crush them and transfer to a bowl.
2. Add the chicken drumsticks, palm sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black pepper seeds, bay leaf, dried red chili peppers, rice cooking wine and salt to taste. Mix it well and Marinate for 30 minutes or 1 hour.
3. Heat the cooking oil in a pan, add the drumsticks and fry until light brown, about 30-45 seconds per side.
4. Pour the soaked water (marinated) and water. Simmer until the chicken is tender, about 30-45 minutes.
5. Serve with steamed rice and enjoy your meal.

HOW TO MAKE THE BEST ONE POT CHICKEN RICE
Ingredients:
Chicken Marinate
½ kg boneless chicken
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp red chili
One Pot Preparation
3 tbsp cooking oil
½ cup sliced onion
2 bay leaves
¼ tsp ginger paste
1 ½ cup-soaked basmati rice
1 tsp salt
1 ½ cup hot coconut milk
1 cup hot water
½ tsp garam masala
1 ½ tbsp fresh coriander
1 tsp ghee
Instructions:
1. Mix the chicken pieces with salt, yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, and red chili
2. Saran wrap and marinate for 15 minutes
3. Place the chicken in a pot with cooking oil and cook until brown for 10-12 minutes on low-medium heat
4. Remove the chicken pieces, add sliced onions, splash of water, bay leaves, ginger paste and rice that has been soaked for 30 minutes
5. Pour hot coconut milk and hot water
6. Place the chicken back into the pot
7. Cook for 10-15 minutes on low-medium heat with the lid on
8. Sprinkle garam masala, chopped coriander leaves, and ghee
9. Give it one last stir before serving
10. Ready to Enjoy!
