For making the crust, I skipped the butter and I add lentil flour and Flaxseed to make it rich and less fatty. It was not classic but turned out delicious. The creamy filling, the mixture of cashew nut and cauliflower was satisfying. Feel free to add vegetables like spinach and mushrooms. I add the vegan bologna and vegan cheese to make it more interesting for my daughter but they are definitely optional. enjoy. Ingredients: For crust: Yeast 1 tbsp sugar 1tsp All-purpose flour 1,1/2 cup (200 g) whole wheat flour 1/2 cup ( 70 g) Red lentil flour 1/2 cup (70) Flaxseed 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp filling: Cauliflower 200 g Cashew nut 120 g Potato 3 medium size Turmeric 1/2 tsp Paprika 1/2 tsp Onion Powder 1/2 tsp Garlic 1 clove Chili powder 1/2 tsp Vegan cheese vegan bologna
