3 Smoked Turkey Wings
4 cups of water
1 large Head of Cabbage
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1 Tsp Roasted Garlic Paste
Salt & Pepper to taste
Add the Smoked Turkey wings and water to a pot. Boil on medium heat until tender. (You can add more water if the water starts to get low) When the Turkey Wings get tender add the cabbage to the pot. Cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes or until the cabbage get tender. Then add in the garlic powder, onion powder, garlic paste, and salt and pepper. Remove the bone and skin. At this point you can add any other seasoning you like. It’s just going to make it better. Hint: Add about a tablespoon of olive oil and red pepper flakes to kick it up a bit.
