NA 7 VELKÝCH SUŠENEK POTŘEBUJEME:
200 gramů HLADKÁ MOUKA
100 gramů HNĚDÝ CUKR
100 gramů CUKR MOUČKA
80 gramů MÁSLO (necháme rozpustit)
50 gramů NUTELLA (nebo jiná lísko-oříšková pomazánka)
50 gramů HOŘKÁ ČOKOLÁDA NA VAŘENÍ
1 x VEJCE
6 gramů KYPŘÍCÍ PRÁŠEK DO PEČIVA

*recipe :
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Thin and crispy chocolate chip cookies. The key ingredient is molasses which gives them a deeper, richer flavor.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven at 325°F
Mix sugars, butter, shortening, vanilla, molasses and egg with an electric mixer.
Add milk and stir to combine.
Combine dry ingredients and add to dry ingredients, mix until combined.
Add chocolate chips and mix well.
Scoop a rounded tablespoon of dough and place on baking sheet for a crispy cookie or silicone mat for a chewy cookie.
Bake for 20 minutes rotating once.

EGGLESS COFFEE BEAN COOKIES | Chocolate Coffee Cookies 5 ingredients, no baking powder/ baking soda
These coffee beans cookies are trending and I couldn’t help but try them myself because they look SOO adorable, don’t they? They’re super simple and fun to make bad taste so good too!
These coffee bean cookies only call for 5 main ingredients ( besides water and 2 optional ingredients) You also don’t need baking powder/ baking soda to make these coffee cookies

INGREDIENTS-
1/4 cup hot water
2 tsp coffee powder
3/4 cup salted butter, softened
2/3 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 cup maida- add more if required ( you can also use whole wheat flour)
1 tbsp corn flour (optional)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Bake at 180C for only 8-10 min. Let the cookies rest on the baking try for 10 minutes after baking
If you don’t have an oven, you can cook these cookies on the stove-
fill a khadai with salt
Place a wire rack, and then a plate on it
Close the lid and Pre heat the Kadhai for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes, take the lid off and place the cookies on the plate
Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes
