How To make Blueberry Soda Cracker Pie
1 cup Flour
sifted
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Soda crackers :
crushed
1/2 cup Melted butter
21 ounces Blueberry pie filling
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
Combine flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, crackers and melted butter in that order. Spread 1/2 of the mixture in a lightly buttered 9" pie plate, Cover with blueberry pie filling which has been mixed with lemon juice, and then top with the remaing soda cracker mix.Bake in preheated 375~F oven for 25-30 minutes. Cool on rack. Serve with lightly sweetened-vanilla flavored whipped cream or with vanilla ice cream. This pie makes its own crust.

16 tablespoons (2 sticks, 225 grams) butter, at room temperature
3/4 cups (150 grams) sugar
2/3 cups (150 grams) light brown sugar, tightly packed
1/4 cup (100 grams) glucose or 2 tablespoon (35 grams) corn syrup
2 eggs
2 cups (320 grams) flour
1/2 teaspoon (2 grams) baking powder
1/4 teaspoon (1 1/2 grams) baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons (6 grams) kosher salt

Today, I will be sharing with you how to make banana cookies. It's one of my children's favorite snacks. The recipe for these cookies is very simple, without using baking powder, baking soda, sugar, oil & flour, The COOKIES are very healthy and delicious!
1cup=250ml 1/4cup=60ml
Two ripe bananas
The weight of the peeled banana is about 170 grams
Put the bananas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork
Add in 1 cup of quick oats
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
Add dried and chopped cranberries
Mix well
Prepare a large baking pan and line it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
Dig a tbsp and put it on the baking tray
This recipe can make 12 small biscuits
Use the back of a spoon to gently press to form a small round shape with a diameter of about 6 cm
Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes
The taste of this biscuit is slightly chewy on the outside and very soft on the inside
This is a very healthy and simple recipe
My kids absolutely love this cookie!

Christmas Crack :
Ingredients -
1 Cup of Butter
1 -12 oz Package of Chocolate Chips (you pick- semi sweet, milk or dark)
1 C of Brown Sugar
2 sleeves (give or take) of Saltine Crackers
Recipe:
Preheat Oven to 375
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil
Place Crackers just touching on cookie sheet
Fill in gaps with broken crackers
Melt butter in your pot
Add your brown sugar and stir, stir, stir
When your mixture comes to a boil, SET THE TIMER FOR 4 MINUTES
Stir, Stir, Stir and WATCH
After 4 minutes, pour the caramel over the saltines
Place in the oven for 5 minutes
Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crackers
Let them sit for a minute or two until they look like they are soft and melting
Using a very clean and completely dry spatula, spread your chocolate chips over your crackers
Let cool for a few minutes
Place the cookie sheet in the freezer for 10 ish minutes
When the chocolate is completely hardened (not frozen) break your candy into small pieces
Place in a tupperware in the fridge
Give to people you LOVE or people who need a HUG.

How to make the classic chocolate crinkles.
This recipe yields 12 big crinkles or 24 small crinkles.
Here's what you'll need:
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (60g) (I use Hershey's pure cocoa powder and it measures 20g per 1/4 cup)
1/2 cup brown sugar (95g)
1/2 cup white sugar (95g)
1/4 cup oil (50g)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour (120g)
1 teaspoon baking powder (5g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (3g)
