How To make Blueberry Soda Cracker Pie
1 cup Flour
sifted
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Soda crackers :
crushed
1/2 cup Melted butter
21 ounces Blueberry pie filling
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
Combine flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, crackers and melted butter in that order. Spread 1/2 of the mixture in a lightly buttered 9" pie plate, Cover with blueberry pie filling which has been mixed with lemon juice, and then top with the remaing soda cracker mix.Bake in preheated 375~F oven for 25-30 minutes. Cool on rack. Serve with lightly sweetened-vanilla flavored whipped cream or with vanilla ice cream. This pie makes its own crust.

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (60g) (I use Hershey's pure cocoa powder and it measures 20g per 1/4 cup)
1/2 cup brown sugar (95g)
1/2 cup white sugar (95g)
1/4 cup oil (50g)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour (120g)
1 teaspoon baking powder (5g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (3g)
1/2 cup icing sugar (60 grams)

Today, I will be sharing with you how to make banana cookies. It's one of my children's favorite snacks. The recipe for these cookies is very simple, without using baking powder, baking soda, sugar, oil & flour, The COOKIES are very healthy and delicious!
1cup=250ml 1/4cup=60ml
Two ripe bananas
The weight of the peeled banana is about 170 grams
Put the bananas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork
Add in 1 cup of quick oats
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
Add dried and chopped cranberries
Mix well
Prepare a large baking pan and line it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
Dig a tbsp and put it on the baking tray
This recipe can make 12 small biscuits
Use the back of a spoon to gently press to form a small round shape with a diameter of about 6 cm
Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes
The taste of this biscuit is slightly chewy on the outside and very soft on the inside
This is a very healthy and simple recipe
My kids absolutely love this cookie!

Easy Whoopie Pie Recipe | The Sweetest Journey
How to make the classic whoopie pie sandwich cookies.
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Butter, Softened (112g)
3/4 Cup Sugar (144g)
1 Egg
1 Yolk
1 3/4 Cup Flour (210g)
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa (40g)
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda (5g)
1/4 Teaspoon Salt (1.5g)
1 1/2 Cups Buttermilk (360ml)
Filling:
8 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened (226g)
1/4 Cup Butter, Softened (56g)
3 Cups Powdered Sugar (360g)
Chopped Pecans
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and egg yolk, beat just until combined. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture alternating with buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Beat just until blended after each addition.
2. Scoop the batter using a tablespoon measure and drop onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 10 minutes. Remove cookies to a wire rack and cool completely.
3. For the filling, beat the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time.
4. Turn half of the cookies over and spread or spoon the filling (about 1-2 tablespoons) onto the flat side of each cookie. Sprinkle with pecans, then top with another cookie. Press gently to spread the filling to the edges.
| Makes about 20 sandwich cookies.
