Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie || Filling And Nutritious Post Workout Smoothie
1 1/2 cups frozen wild blueberry
2 tsp almond butter
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
Few dates to sweeten(Can also use banana)
1 tbsp chia seeds plus 4 tbsp plant milk
1 1/2 cups fresh plant milk ( I used homemade coconut milk plus 1/4 cup water.
1/4 cup oats ( I used quick oats)

1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
1/2 banana, frozen and sliced

1 tbsp maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to the BlendJet and blend for 2-4 cycles.

BASIC SMOOTHIE
•1 ¼ cup blueberries, preferably frozen
•1 medium ripe banana or use 1 cup frozen banana slices
•Half of a medium orange, peeled and quartered
•3/4 cup to 1 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
•1 tablespoon almond butter, peanut butter or cashew butter
•1 teaspoon chia seeds
•1 teaspoon hemp seeds
•1 teaspoon flax seeds
•1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

Smoothies are a great way to get nutrition in your body in a delicious way. This smoothie doesn't contain extra sugar if you hadn't noticed. So make sure to use a nice ripe banana for sweetness.
I like adding the raw cashews, which I bought at Trader Joe's, for some richness, protein and thickness. The chia seeds also add a couple of grams of protein per tablespoon and also help thicken up your smoothie to a milkshake consistency.
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup of blueberries or a bit more
1 thumbnail of fresh ginger, peeled
1/3 cup raw cashews
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
good dash of cinnamon (I love cinnamon!)
4 ice cubes
1 cup of liquid I used water, or milk, almond milk, coconut milk or water, etc.
Place all ingredients into a blender (I recommend the vitamix) and blend away for 45 to 60 seconds for a rich, creamy and smooth smoothie. It's so thick you could call this a shake.

Today's recipe is simple quick breakfast serving 1. Its simply blending the ingredients and is filling breakfast...This should be considered as Diet recipe if you skip the sweetner in it...Following are ingredients
1 cup:250 ml
Blueberries: 1/2 cup
Banana: 1 medium
Oats: 1/4 cup
Greek yogurt: 1/2 cup
Water/milk: 1/2 cup(i used water)
Sugar/Honey to taste ( i skip if you are on diet)
