How To make Beef a Roni
1 1/2 lb Ground Beef, Lean
3 qt Spaghetti Sauce
8 oz Tomato Sauce
1/2 lb Mushrooms
17 oz Corn, Whole Kernel
1 lb Pasta Shells
1/4 c Onion Chopped
1 Salt And Pepper To Taste
Brown ground beef in a large frying pan. Add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, corn, sliced mushrooms and chopped onion. Simmer until the mushrooms are cooked. Add seasonings and continue to simmer. In a large pot cook the shells and drain. Mix sauce with shells and serve. Leftovers are even better and I always make extra. From: Syd's Cookbook.

16oz(box) of pasta (i used penne)
1.5lb of ground beef
1 medium onion diced
1 green pepper diced
salt, pepper, garlic powder, & Italian seasoning to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
2 garlic cloves minced
saute for 3 minutes
3 cups of chicken broth/water
24oz of pasta sauce
5min under pressure

Cheesy Baked Beefaroni Recipe // American Goulash w/ Ground Beef Recipe
What's up, fam! In this video I'll show you how to make some classic, old school beefaroni or goulash as some call it. I know we all grew up eating Chef Boyardee products, but this version is all natural and you'll know exactly what you're eating. This is the perfect easy weeknight meal that comes together really quickly and will feed an entire family. You'll definitely even have enough for leftovers! I used lots of cheese in this beefaroni because you know that pasta and cheese go hand in hand! I'll show you step by step how to make the meat sauce, cook the pasta and whip this entire dish up! I hope you enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- macaroni noodles
- 1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 28 oz can of tomato sauce
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 TB dried basil
- 1 lb grated colby/monterey jack cheese
- 1 TB beef base (for sauce)
- 1 tsp beef base (for pasta)
- 1 TB sugar
- 1 TB tomato paste
- 1/2 white onion, diced
- 1 diced bell pepper
- 5-6 cloves minced garlic
- olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley
All given measurements are an approximation and meant to be tailored to suit your individual preferences and dietary needs!

Beef-A-Roni

Serves: 1
Ingredients
½ cup of cooked elbow pasta
½ lb. ground beef
½ small onion, finely diced
¾ tsp. of chili powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
4oz. can of tomato sauce
1.5 Tbsp. of ketchup
Pinch of Sriracha sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
In a skillet over medium high heat, add a teaspoon of oil and brown the beef and drain the grease if necessary.
Stir in the onions and cook until tender, 4 to 5 minutes.
Reduce the heat to medium.
Stir in the chili powder, garlic powder and the Worcestershire sauce.
Add the tomato sauce and the ketchup and combine well.
Taste and adjust for seasoning.
Stir in the pre-cooked pasta and toss well.
Serve warm.
