INGREDIENTS
1 lb steak (sirloin, skirt, or flank), thinly sliced
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium carrots, peeled and thinly sliced into 1/4 coins
½ lb asparagus, ends trimmed, sliced into 2 pieces
1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 medium yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
6 oz snow peas
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Stir Fry Sauce
¼ c soy sauce, or coconut aminos, or tamari
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp fresh orange juice
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cornstarch, or arrowroot powder
2 tsp sesame oil

How to make the best BEEF and VEGETABLES STIR FRY I cooking stir fry no talking I asmr

Ingredients for meat and marinade: 1 pound of flank steak/beef ( sliced thin against grain)
4 tablespoon olive oil ( 1 TBSP for marinade, rest for stir fry)
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 egg
Ingredients for stir fry (vegetables):
1 Serrano chili sliced thinly
4 cloves garlic
1/2 thumb size ginger sliced thinly
1 carrot
2 cups broccoli florets
1 medium onion
1/2 cup red cabbage
1/3 red bell pepper
1 teaspoon salt to season appropriately.
Recipe: combine meat and marinade ingredients, and mix/massage well and set aside for 20 mins.
Next, prep all vegetables for stir fry as depicted in video or per your preference.
Heat up 3 tablespoon of olive oil on medium heat. Add marinated meat and spread out in hot oil, cook on 1 side for 1 minute or till caramelized, and flip and stir fry another minute, Swanson with salt to your taste, and remove meat from hot pan and set-aside and repeat process till all marinated meat is cooked and set aside.
In same hot pan, add serrano, garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 min while stirring continuously. Add onions, broccoli, carrots, red cabbage and bell pepper and cook an additional 1 min.
Combine meat and vegetables and cook for 1 minute while stirring. Turn heat off and serve with steamed white rice or any side of your preference.

-In a bowl,add tomato ketchup,soy sauce,sriracha sauce,lemon juice,vinegar,sugar,salt,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed,water,cornflour and sesame oil,whisk well & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,ginger,garlic and mix well.
-Add green chillies and fry for 2 minutes.
-Add onion and mix well.
-Add capsicum and mix well.
-Now add prepared sauce,mix well and cook for a minute.
-Add meat strips,green onion leaves and mix well.

Easy Steak stir-fry!
Easy steak stir-fry! ????
Cut 1lb of flank steak into smaller pieces, hit with a big pinch of salt and pepper.
Sprinkle 1 rounded tbs of corn starch and toss your steak pieces.
In a med-high hot pan, sear your steak for about 1 min per side to get a crust on the outside then remove.
In the same pan add your favorite stir fry veggies and 2 tbs water.
Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes! Or until tender.
Now let's add our sauce:
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 tbs brown sugar
1tbs sesame oil
2-3 cloves minced garlic
1 packed tbs fresh grated ginger
(If you want a thicker sauce you can add a corn starch slurry)
After your sauce has a few minutes to reduce down add your steak back into the mix for 2-3 minutes then remove from heat!
Top with toasted sesame seeds and green onions! ????
