I recently saw a video featuring chef David Lee from Planta in Toronto. He gave a quick rundown of the ingredents and how he makes their plant based burgers. I put a little twist on the recipe to make it my own and WOW! All Plants and nothing too overly processed! Super simple vegan burger!

3 2 1 Black Bean Burgers - Easy, Delicious & Vegan
One of our subscribers, John, mentioned these in one of his comments. A friendly suggestion and a simple reference to the 3 2 1 method for making black bean burgers. So, I thought I'd give it a shot and film it just in case it was good. Turned out GREAT!! Got to use the new food processor for the first time too. Highly recomend making these burgers, they were honestly delicious and really easy to make. xx

Black Bean Burger Ingredients
(Yields 8-9, 4-inch thin patties or 6-7 thicker patties)
3 cans Goya black beans (15-oz size)
1 small onion, diced
3 eggs
2 1/4 cups seasoned panko breadcrumbs
Spices:
3/4 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
Optional But Recommended Spices:
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Cumin
Directions:
-Diced Onions and set aside.
-Drain beans but DO NOT rinse.
-Mash & smash beans, then add onions and spices.
-Taste your mixture to be sure you’re satisfied with flavor profile BEFORE adding the eggs.
-Add eggs & stir thoroughly.
-Slowly add breadcrumbs until the recommended consistency is reached. The mix should be able to form a patty that holds together but is not too dry. It will be a bit sticky before cooking.
-Add half butter, half olive oil to pan. Cook your burger a few minutes on each side until nicely browned.
-Add your favorite toppings and enjoy.

BEST Veggie Burger~vegan/gluten free~no weird ingredients
This veggie burger is so tasty, even carnivores will love them! The ingredients are so simple you probably already have them. Original recipe does have gluten, but watch the video to find out how to make them gluten free!
Full printable RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS
50 grams carrot half medium
50 grams celery 1 small stalk
100 grams onion 1 medium
1 clove garlic
1½ teaspoons salt
2 cups quick cooking oats
½ cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon Italian herbs dry
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 - 19 fl. oz. can black beans drained but not rinsed
1 teaspoon soy sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Using a food processor or a box grater, pulse or shred the carrot, celery, onion and garlic. Add the salt and stir together well, mashing the mixture so the salt can draw out liquid from the vegetables. Set aside.
In a large bowl combine oats, whole wheat flour, Italian herbs and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Add beans, vegetable mixture and soy sauce. Mash the beans with a fork before mixing everything together. Do not mash the beans too much. The mixture will be stiff, so feel free to add a spoonful or 2 of water. Do not add too much though or the burgers will be mushy.
Cover mixture and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. If you are in a hurry, at least 1 hour is necessary.
When you are ready to cook the burgers, shape the mixture into 6 patties. Heat 1/4 inch oil in a skillet on medium high and sear the burgers on each side for 45 seconds to 1 minute. When both sides are golden brown, reduce the heat to the lowest temperature and cover with a lid.
Cook low and slow for 15 minutes on each side, checking frequently to prevent burning. By the end of cooking, the burgers should be slightly darker than when they were seared and cooked thoroughly. Serve on buns with your favorite condiments.

I found this Black Bean Burger Recipe on Vince Lia's channel where he was featuring this amazing Black Bean Burger Recipe by Sophie of Veggies don't bite. This Black Bean Burger Recipe is fast, easy and absolutely delicious and 100% vegan and gluten free! I think you will love this Black Bean Burger recipe. Enjoy!
Here is what you will need for this Black Bean Burger Recipe:
one cup cooked brown rice
one cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup cooked potato
1/2 cup onion
2 T corn meal
1 T BBQ sauce
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. maple syrup
1 to 1/2 cup frozen corn
Throw all ingredients except the corn into a food processor and pulse a few times to get a burger type consistency. Then add corn and pulse a couple of more times. You want the corn to stay intact.
Form your burgers and place on a very hot grill or pan and cook 15 to 20 minutes per side. Start checking at 15 minutes.
When done remove from grill and place on bun of your choice and add whatever toppings you would like.
